Chapter 1Feng Che

A bare-chested man was lying there as she laid on top of him in an intimate position…

Su was embarrassed.

She did not have time to think and wanted to jump to her feet. But the second she moved, she felt a chilly wind brush against her skin. She peered at her body and almost wanted to faint…

Holy crap! Oh my goodness…

Flustered, she pulled on her clothes clumsily and felt slightly better. At the very least, she no longer felt like knocking herself out…

She peered at the man lying on the ground and the strange apparel she had donned on. Even though Su had been a cold and calm assassin back in the modern world, she was clearly brain-dead now.

She stood rooted to the spot in a daze for a few moments before she recalled what had happened to her!

"Damn you, King of Hades, don't let me set eyes on you again or I will kick your ass!" Su muttered resolutely after taking in a few deep breaths.

Wasn't she supposed to be a miss at the Prince's mansion? What had happened? Not only had she not been given the royal treatment, she had also lost her chastity the moment she arrived here.

Su looked around her, the surroundings were completely deserted. She had to make her way out of this place. Even though she had totally no memory of this identity and the body she had occupied, here she was, alive. She had even sacrificed her chastity in two lifetimes, in her past and present world. She was determined to make the best of this opportunity to have a second chance at life.

She had been the boss in control of her life in the modern world. No matter what the identity of her new body was, she would live her life the way she wanted to in this bizarre world.

Su rummaged through her clothes. Whoever this person was, the original owner of her body must have been destitute. Other than her clothes, she was penniless and completely devoid of any possessions.

She stole a glance at the unconscious man on the ground. His clothes were torn and ripped to pieces, and she was the culprit. Su paused momentarily and bent down to adjust his clothes. She combed through his body and finally discovered an exquisite coin pouch tucked away at his waist…

Su smirked and grabbed the pouch. She stared at the purple mask on the man's face and hesitated. Should she remove the mask to take a look at his face? After all, he was her antidote and also the man who had taken her chastity across two lifetimes…

Just as Su's hand grazed the mask, the man who had been unconscious, suddenly knitted his brows and grimaced…

Stunned, Su pulled her hand back immediately. The man's eyelids twitched, and he appeared to be regaining consciousness. Su thought of what she had done and decided that it would be silly of her if she didn't make her escape right away…

She gazed at the man lying on the ground and her red lips uttered softly, "Thank you for being my antidote last night! But let's just say that you lucked out with me and I suppose we are even now. We don't owe each other anything and let's never cross paths again!"

With that, Su was just about to leave when an antique ring lying not far away caught the corner of her eye. This was the ring that she had stolen from the King of Hades when she left the Netherworld.

Su picked it up and wore it on her finger. She took a final glance at the man who was about to regain consciousness before she turned and disappeared at the light of dawn.

The imperial capital of the Kingdom of the Heavenly Phoenix—Heavenly Phoenix City.

In the hall of Prince Feng's mansion.

There was a man dressed in white standing in the hall. His attire was as white as snow, and he exuded an aura of honorable elegance and class that no one else could surpass. It was as though he ruled heaven and earth and everyone looked up to him…

His features were distinctly handsome, and he had eyes that sparkled brightly like stars in the endless skies. His exquisite looks were oozing with charm and seemed to have been sketched stroke by stroke by a brilliant artist.

This man was stunningly good-looking and most people did not dare to even look him in the eye as his appearance was simply too dazzling! He was an Adonis blessed with god-given perfection, and he was simply breathtaking…

At this moment, however, there was a gloomy and brooding expression etched on his handsome face. Even so, he still retained his smothering good looks…

There were two men kneeling in front of him with their heads bent—one dressed in black and the other in blue. Neither of them dared to take a breath. Upon closer look, one could see that the two of them were sneaking glances at the man standing in front of them.

"Do you mean that when you found me, I was alone at the bottom of the Fallen Skies Valley?" The man dressed in white spoke in a cold and menacing voice.

"Yes, Master. When the Spirit Eagles led us to you, you were alone, unconscious, at the bottom of the valley." The man in blue answered his master as he lifted his head stealthily.

"And… what happened after that?" The man in white snapped as he tried to suppress his wrath.

The two of them were frozen in silence… What did he mean by what happened after that? Their master was poisoned. They could not stop him from going berserk and flying out of the mansion. Eventually, it was Master Physician Bai who used his skills to bring together ten Spirit Eagles! At dawn, the Spirit Eagles were able to lead the way for the two of them to locate their master. He laid unconscious at the bottom of the Fallen Skies Valley.

Then, they brought their master back to the Prince's mansion and that was the end of that. What was their master getting at?

"After that, Blue and I brought Master back!" The man dressed in black answered frankly.

"Was there anyone with me?"

The man in white paused for a long while before he answered unhurriedly.

"Master, there was no one else!" Blue answered, feeling a little baffled.

"You may leave!" The man in white uttered coldly as he turned and walked into the rear room.

In the room that was elegantly furnished, a man dressed in purple was lying on the bed. His face was ashen, and his eyes were shut tight. He was clearly unconscious…

The man in white stood beside the bed and stared at him. All of a sudden, he disappeared in a flash. When he reappeared, he was already standing at the bottom of the Fallen Skies Valley. This was where he had been found unconscious.

As he stared at the surrounding greenery, which was in a state of disarray, his gaze turned icy cold. No one knew what was going on in his mind, and no one could tell that he was in such a fearful rage that he could kill someone right now…

Damn! If he managed to lay his hands on that woman, he would definitely let her suffer a fate worse than death!

That's right… the man in white was none other than the man who had been violated by Su! He was Prince Feng, Feng Che.

He had been suffering from the poison, and in order not to hurt anyone in the Prince's mansion, he took flight to Fallen Skies Valley. He was just about to make his landing when he lost consciousness and fell to the bottom of the valley…

As he was falling, he spotted a figure at the bottom of the valley. He had intended to warn the person to get out of the way, but he lost consciousness at that moment…

Mated To The Cruel Prince

[Matured Content] Saving an injured Fae in the forest had not been Islinda's plan, and worse, he turns out to be royalty, Prince Valerie of the summer court, heir and crown prince to the throne of Astaria. But then, humans were wary of those otherworldly creatures while the Fae looked down on the humans, thinking of them as lesser creatures. Islinda and the prince were worlds apart but that didn't stop them from falling in love.  Unfortunately, Prince Valerie couldn't stay in the human realm forever and had to return to his kingdom with a promise to come back for her. And she believed him.  But then, the other one comes instead.  Dark, broody, ruthless yet dangerously handsome, everyone feared Prince Aldric. Even as a fierce warrior and son to the king of Astaria, Aldric is denied his right to the throne and cursed never to take his place because of his dark heritage.  Twisted from the inside and starved of affection, Prince Aldric does what he is best at, causing misery. He captured  Islinda - the woman who has drawn his brother's attention. He stole her from her home for his cruel purpose. If he couldn't have the throne, he could at least play around with his brother's love interest. His new prize.  Islinda hated him. Loathed him for taking away everything that she could have had with the summer prince. He's the villain. Now she has been dragged into the middle of the dirty politics played in the courts of Astaria, not to mention surviving the cold games played by the prince.  But all hope wasn't lost because the cruel prince could tempt her all he wants but he was never going to get the one thing he wants the most. To be loved. He would never have her heart!  Or could he?  ________ "What can you offer me, little human," He grinned, slow and cruel. She would make such a wonderful plaything.  "Please," She begged him, tears now gathering in her eyes, "Just let me go."  "Fine," He shrugged as if it was an easy request, "You can go."  "W-what?" She croaked, finding it hard to believe.  "Little human, you would find out my mind changes very easily." Those words sounded merciful yet she could sense the threat beneath.  But did he really mean?  Islinda didn't sit around to find out as she broke into a sprint. If there was even the slightest chance of him changing his mind, then she would take it. She would not give up hope yet.  She didn't know why but Islinda spared a look over her shoulder after a while and the blood drained from her face at what she saw coming.  Oh no, she just made a terrible mistake.  This was never freedom.  It was a hunt.  And she just became the prey.  _________ Note: This is a dark fantasy book and the male lead is a villain, so don't expect fluffy romance. What to expect? Death, gore, thick sexual tension, and explicit scenes. Also, it is not reverse harem. Gift magic castle = 5 bonus chapters! Come, let us have a wild hunt!

I agree with the reviewers’ comment about this being cliché. But such as being the case, I expected a bit more. Su Ruixi is not a likeable character as the female lead if you compared her to the modern assassins who transmigrated to ancient past. She claims that her medical prowess is the best and yet she can’t do surgery? She claims she’s studied, learned and mastered several knowledges and skills as a modern assassin and yet somehow she still lacks. Her planning, scheming and strategizing leaves one with a bland taste with bitter aftertaste. One commenter posted that she’s not satisfied with how she dealt with her cousins, Rouqi and Roulin. Let me add to this, I’m not satisfied with her plan to use a scapegoat to take her place in the execution. The scapegoat ended up being rescued by a man in black after dropping a black smoke bomb. Who was this man? Her dad perhaps? This leads her to having a potential problem since this scapegoat was fed by her with a pill to permanently change her appearance to that of hers, Rouxi. What’s more, she imprinted onto that maid her body’s original memories, regardless if she took away the maid’s dantian and cultivation. If you read this, you might compare her with Sima YouYue. Both assassins and yet dealt with their problems differently. Both lazy, has a space that can grow and store living things, has rings that contain this magical space, has contracted beings from Their ancient past, their completed souls once their modern soul went back to their current ancient self etc. Details were well-written but this made me skip them but that’s my thing. Got bored reading it. Also, Chapter 59 & 60 are the same, both have the same content. Just overall, this story is nothing to sink your teeth in and relish it. But if you’re bored and has nothing to do and wants to kill time, you can give this one a go.
