Nicholas watched his friends back with a concerned expression as his back receded deeper into the cave. A blue aura started to envelope him slowly. "You're no better than that snake Osman!" he spoke through his gritted teeth as he stared at Commander Luffi. The Commander spoke no words but released his aura in response to Nicholas' growing aggression.

"Eeeep!"

"Ow! What the hell Goldie!" Commander Luffi cried out in pain as Goldie bit his ear causing his aura to dissipate.

"Now how bout we focus on surviving till the rescue team gets here and not trying to kill each other? Xavier stepped between the two men in attempt to reconcile. Nicholas withdrew his aura but continued to stared at Luffi with murderous intent.

Xavier just sighed and looked up at the ceiling when a loud boom occurred out side the cave. Following the noise were cracks that grew along the ceiling of the cave. A few pebbles dropped down on to Xavier's face. "Just what are those two Delfiends out there doing?" when suddenly an explosion brought the cave down upon them.

"I'll have to admit that hurt a bit." the three men heard a voice come through the dust that filled the cave. Once the dust started to clear they could see a tall muscular man with golden hair emitting a bright orange aura. He had bright yellow pupils coupled with a shining smile.

Standing next to the man was a giant black lion standing at 3 meters in height.The lion'smane was a made of fire, it's tail had a ball of fire lit at the tip with white stripes all along it. It was a Royal Flame lion, a rare but powerful breed of Delfiend.

"ROOOOOOOAR!" the lion unleashed its deep red aura showcasing it's S rank strength. "Don't fret gentlemen for your rescue has arrived though it will be slightly postponed. The man and the lion both jumped out the hole through the roof.

"HIIIISSSSSS"

Nicholas got to his feet and looked around before spotting Luffi and Xavier standing next to each other near the hole. "Do you think he can handle that World Breaker by himself?" Xavier couldn't help but express his lingering doubt when everyone knew that a World Breaker needed at least 4 S rank Bearers to deal with it. "Don't even waste your breath, Mikealeo is the number one Magus and he isn't that weak." Nicholas dusted himself off while staring at the hole hearing the battle rage on.

"How can you be so sure?" Commande Luffi raised an eyebrow while looking through the hole to the outside. Nicholas just shrugged before walking beneath the hole "Because he's my cousin" and then looked out towards the outside. Commander Luffi was about to say something to him when Xavier walked up and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Hey I know you might not care but we should probably go and find that guy before the cave collapses anymore."

Nicholas looked down to to where Fuego had walked and saw that there was a blazing fire coming from deep within the cave. He then balled up his fists as a blue light emanated from them and turned to Commander Luffy and began to walk towards him. "This is all your fault if you didn't -" Nicholas' eyes rolled to back of his head and he dropped to the ground unconscious. Standing behind him was Goldie with one hand raised as he shook his head.

"Well at least that's one disaster we could avoid" Xavier couldn't help but sigh as he attempted to pick up Nicholas' large body. "So you going to help or leave us here to die also?" Xavier looked at Commander Luffi in annoyance as he panted from his lack of exhaustion. Commander Luffi silently walked over and picked up Nicholas before throwing him over Xavier's shoulder.

"Aye! Why do I have to carry him?!" Xavier watched as Luffyiclimbed out the hole with Goldie on his back giving him the bird.

"Stupid monkey, just like your owner." Xavier grumbled in displeasure as he began to climb out the cave. Before he exited he cave from the hole Xavier looked back at the raging fire near the end of the cave, 'I'm sorry.' He apologized deep in his heart before completely climbing out the cave. He collapsed on to the ground dropping Nicholas beside him as he gasped for air. "I swear if I make it back I'm done with flying, vaults, the whole nine yards." he then laid on the ground.

"Don't worry you'll make it back to Volantis in one piece." Xavier looked up to see Mikealeo floating in the air with his arms crossed looking deep into the forest. He looked on as trees fell down and what ever was knocking them down was closing the distance between it and the Magus.

"HIISSSSSSS!" a 10 meter tall red lizard Delfiend with green glowing eyes emerged from the forest. "Holy Shit..." Commander Luffi eyes had widen from the sight of the Delfiend. The large lizard had black sharp claws, and a blazing emerald fire along its spine to its head giving it a green crown of fire. The Delfeind's eyes glowed brightly as it opened it's mouth and shot out a Fire Explosion towards Mikealeo as he stood in the air motionless.

"Holy shit is right." Xavier's jaw almost reached the floor when he witnessed Mikealeo stand there and take the full force fireball attack head on. The explosion create shockwaves as it knocked down several trees creating somewhat of an arena for their battle.

The Royal Flame Lion jumped out of the smoke and lunged towards the giant Delfiend covered in fire. 'That must be its Flame Body trait! It allows it's self to be covered in flames enhancing its attack and defense power.' Xavier gulped as he watched the battle take place but took out his Holoring to record it. Commander Luffi looked over and shook his head.

'Damn fool all he thinks about is money..' he then looked back to the battle and watched as the lion ran around the Delfiend attacking from all angles. The giant lizard just stood there as it was bombarded with many spells and attacks from the smaller Delfiend when suddenly it looked towards it and scoffed. "You weak feline, your presence is now a nuisance. The entertainment has become, well boring".

It bared it's teeth as its aura rose distorting the space around them. Everyone in the vicinity froze from the pressure of the aura, the lion suffered the worst because it was too close. "Now sleep eternally little kitty!" The Royal Flame lion fell unconscious from the pressure of the lizard Delfiend causing Mikealeo to go into a rage.

He looked at the Delfiend with murderous eyes as he formed a hand sign with his hands, the defined didn't move but looked on curious at Mikealeo's actions. "What do you believe those pitiful hands signs are going to do for you, hmmm human?" Once Mikealeo finished the hand signs he looked at the defined with a smile.

"Oh don't worry I don't normally get an opponent that I a use this on, plus you're a Delfiend so you should be able to take a few hits." 

The defined became cautious at Mikealeo's words and began charging up another Fire Explosion when suddenly a large black dome enveloped it and Mikealeo. The Magus was calm and once the dome closed them completely he only spoke a few words.

"Arcane Release: Gaia's Mood!"
