CHAPTER 49 BLAST VS DEVIL BULL
Shadow nodded and introduced himself and Scarlet. He then proceeded to ask a question pertaining to the Devil Bull.
When the town chief finished sharing all the devil bull, Shadow was deep in thought. The level of the devil bull was TRANSCENDING GOLD LEVEL and had very strong defensive and offensive attributes. Shadow acknowledged this mission was tough, but he had a secret weapon, Blast.
Shadow then told Vixen and Scarlet to stay put in Belli Town; he would be returning to Eligan Town and bringing Blast with him to fight the Devil Bull. After telling them that Shadow teleported back to Eligan Town and went to Blast Place, he then told him about the mission and the thing he must do. He then brought Blast where Thunder is, and he then teleported back to where he marked the portal destination (the cave where he found Vixen's sibling).
He then rode Thunder and flew towards Belli Town Blast, who was chasing after us. His speed was also very fast, using trees to swing themselves from branches to branches.
After 2 hours of flight, they arrive at Belli Town Shadow, then teleport Thunder back. Even though he could use Thunder as extra help, he wants to train Blast, so he teleports Thunder back.
He then met up with Scarlet and Vixen and let Blast rest up for a couple of minutes. After resting, Shadow then waited at the town gate. This is where the Devil Bull always goes when it wants to go on a rampage, ramming into the gate and destroying the houses.
Shadow did not need to wait for long when an outline of a bull charged towards the town. This bull was twice as large as ordinary bulls, and its nose was also breathing foreshadow.

"Blast, he's all yours." After seeing the bull, Shadow called for Blast.
Blast came out of the forest and stood in front of the gate. He let out a battle cry and beat his chest, provoking the bull.
The Fire Breathing Devil Bull saw that somebody was obstructing its way; it let out an enraged roar; its eyes became red; its horns also became red; its body grew larger; its aura became even more intimidating; it seems to have entered [Berserk Mode].
Blast let out an excited roar. It also used his [Rampage Mode] to strengthen himself and charge at the Devil Bull. The bull also started charging at Blast; its speed was three times as much as Blast's charging speed.
When the two of them were only metres apart, Blast swung his fist using a [flaming iron hook], hitting the bull's jaw and knocking the bull to the side.
The ball got dizzy because of the Blast critical hit, but it wasn't over yet. Blast charged at it again, hitting its face with a straight punch, and with another hook, it bombarded the bull using his fist, and all of the attacks were integrated moves.
Due to Blast's relentless assault, the bull got very disoriented till it couldn't even tell which way was north; its mouth was also spitting blood; its nose was broken; and its eyes were swollen. The detestable gorilla purposely did not hit its head because it knew that it was the hardest part, second only to the horns part of its body.
The bull can't take it anymore and raises its body and stamps hard into the ground. Its attack causes earthquakes and breaks the ground, standing. The shockwave also hits Blast, blowing him metres apart.
The blast was blown for 30 metres, and his feet dug deep into the ground so that it would stop itself and wouldn't be thrown into the town.
After the attack, the bull seems exhausted; its body is also getting smaller, and its eyes and horns are not red anymore. It seems like it used its supreme innate skill.
Blast just won't let his opponent have a breather. He charges towards it again, but the bull didn't charge at him again. On the contrary, it started fleeing. Shadow, seeing this, ordered Vixen to use her spiritual attack to stop the bull.
Vixen then started chasing the bull, but the bull was just too fast; it couldn't catch up to it. If it were just a little bit closer, she should have caught it, but the bull and Blast fight were far apart so that it wouldn't implicate the town.
Shadow then visited the town chief and told him everything. After informing the town chief, Shadow brought Scarlet with him to search for the fire-breathing Devil Bull.
He and Scarlet will be paired, while Vixen and Blast are going solo.
Shadow and Scarlet were travelling in the forest. Sometimes they found wild beasts prowling about, and Scarlet rescued a cute baby horse from a pack of wolves. Its parents were killed, so Scarlet pity it and rescue the poor fowl. She also decided to make it her very first contracted beast when she levelled up into BRONZE LEVEL. She named the fowl Red as the colour of the fowl is red.
They were searching the forest for an hour but still found no trace of the fire-breathing Devil Bull. When Shadow was about to return to town for reinforcement, they heard an explosion coming from the south. Shadow carried Scarlet and Red, then speeded off in that direction.
When he got there, he saw Vixen in her huge form facing off against the devil bull. When the bull was still roaring, Blast came and charged towards it. The bull, seeing Blast, tried to run, but Vixen used [Tail Lock] to hold the bull in place. But even though the bull could still move, albeit slowly, Blast got to him and used his supreme innate skill [Never Ending Assault]. His hands were leaving afterimages. It was like he had a hundred fists raining down on the devil bull, and each attack was heavy and powerful.
The assault stops when an hour passes. Blast slumps down like a broken rag doll. The supreme innate skill that Blast has will use all of his energy in just one bombardment. He can't forcefully stop the assault, or he will face the backlash of the skill.
