Old Friends?

"She… she actually destroyed it so easily," Mephisto whispered under his breath as he looked at Yuki even more fearful now, just a few seconds ago he panicked so much because of that Black Hole. The moment that the Black Hole appeared in the Capital, it had already destroyed at least 8% of the Capital, and if it wasn't for Yuki for destroying the Black Hole, it might just double or even triple that.

"Thank you Lady Yuki… if not for your help, that black hole would continue to destroy the Capital," Mephisto said with a tone full of relief as he wouldn't even dare to imagine what would have happened if Yuki didn't act that fast.

But Yuki simply shook her head and shrugged it off like it was nothing. She merely chuckled and stated that it was nothing and that anyone would do the same just to protect the land that they were living in. But just as Mephisto was about to open his mouth, he heard a familiar trumpet and announcement behind him, and when he turned around he saw his Family. He immediately went to his knees as well as everyone else as they were now in front of the Royal Family.

But even though everyone was already kneeling in front of the Royal Family, Yuki remained standing, and instead, she was looking at the Royal Family with indifferent eyes. But deep inside, she couldn't help but feel her bloodlust going up the more she looked at them, if not for her passive holding her back, she might have just rampaged on them knowing what they did to her poor wife. But she still remained calm and didn't do anything.

Because of this, the Royal Guards who were following the Royal Family instantly acted and surrounded her with their weapons pointed towards her ready to pierce her body.

"Who do you think you are? You are in front of the Royal Family and you're not even showing the slightest respect?" The Captain of the Guards asked with a cold voice while looking at Yuki menacingly who just had an indifferent look on her face as she was not the slightest terrified at this.

"Fufufu… There's only one rule for me, those who get my respect need to earn it first." Yuki said calmly as she merely closed her eyes and froze everyone before walking away from them a few steps back.

"Ohhh… interesting. Can I care to know who this young lady is, my son?" The Queen squinted her eyes as she looked at Yuki from top to bottom as if she was examining her. But when Yuki felt it, she simply stared back making her take a few steps back after looking at those cold eyes, as if the demon was staring at her, she was terrified.

Everyone noticed this and because of this, this only made the Captain and the Guards even angrier as they broke free from their frozen state and rushed towards Yuki, but before any of them could come close, Yuki simply opened her mouth before saying one word.

"Die…" As soon as those words came out of her mouth, all of the guards' bodies exploded into a bloody mist making everyone shiver in fear.

A simple word simply came out of her mouth, yet all of them died. It was as if her words contained magic and everything that she says will come true and the most terrifying part is that there was an actual Magic with something like that. But it belongs to those who control Death, the concept of Death.

Of course, Yuki doesn't have this kind of power, it was simply an illusion. When she froze all of them, she had already injected her Ice Needles in their body at the same time, and by the time they got out of it and moved towards her, it was just the right time till the corrosion killed them. As for them they exploded, she just exploded all of the Ice Corrosion inside of their body to make a firework.

"I'm not going to apologize for what I did, those people made the first move. Also… just because you are the Royal Family, I do not simply care. If you want me to apologize, you need to bring Skadi in front of me, then just maybe I'll apologize." When she finished talking, everyone was stunned.

Not only did she display such an unbelievable power, but she showed seniority because of her next words. All of them could only dream of calling the previous Queen by her first name like it was nothing. Even if Skadi was very relaxed and even chill almost all of the time, if there was something that she hated, it was that being called by her name like that. Simply because she can't tolerate any rude behavior towards her as it would make her look like a weak Queen who let anyone call her by her name.

Even the Royal Family can't call her like that, not her children, or grandchildren. Her husband was the only one able to call her like that without her killing that person who dared to call her by her name. But right now, Yuki just called the Queen by her name as if she was very familiar with her and that says a lot already.

"You… who are you really? You just called my Mother in such a way that no one else in this world would do other than my Father. Are you a part of some Ancient Family?" This time it was time for the King to ask her, out of everyone he was the one who managed to get his composure back and acted as if nothing happened.

"I'm not obliged to answer to that… Unless it comes from Skadi, then maybe I'll answer that… But she's actually here, why don't you get your ass up here Skadi, aren't you getting tired of listening to our conversation?" Yuki said as she flicked her fingers and fired an Ice Needle in a certain direction.

"What the fuck are you doing here, I thought you were sleeping with your wife. They even cooked a meal for you." Skadi who just flicked away the Ice Needle, like it was nothing came out of her hiding spot and began walking towards all of them.

Watching this, everyone kneeled once again, but it wasn't just the Nobles, even the King and his Family kneeled on the ground to greet Skadi.

"Well… it was delicious, at least one of them at least. But do you really think that anyone would be able to sleep if something like that woke you up?" Yuki interjected before saying something that only Skadi would here.

"Don't tell them my identity, in exchange maybe I can teach you how to do a quick 10-layered Magic Circle.' Yuki smiled as she looked at Skadi with her red eyes and when Skadi heard that, she didn't even hesitate before nodding her head.

"There's no need to be worried about her, she's not a good person, but that doesn't mean she's bad. She just doesn't like handling bullshit like what your Guards did my Son, so I do hope that you teach your people better. Cause I was expecting a little bit better from you." Skadi said as she then turned around and scolded the King and she was probably the only one who could do this.

He can't even do anything about it and just merely nods his head before even apologizing to Yuki.

"Mother Empress… Can I ask what is your relationship with Lady Yuki? Because it seems like you have some sort of deep connection with her." The King asked with a tone full of respect.

"Deep connection… I wouldn't really say it to be something like that. But I guess yeah because I have known this woman for almost all my life. Right, Yuki?" Skadi shrugged it off like it was nothing and just decided to play along with Yuki knowing that she would be able to learn how to quickly cast a 10-layered Magic Circle.

"Fufufu… I guess so, I mean you are staying at my house right now. Then again you are teaching my Wife, so I guess it's just normal." Yuki casually said that her words were simply like a bomb as Skadi was infamous for not taking any students and yet she was actually staying at someone's else house just to teach their Wife.

"Yes, I'm teaching them. But you don't need to complicate them, I'm simply teaching them how to fight and that is all because this woman always says that she is too busy to teach them, then again… Even if I'm more powerful than her, there is something that I can't beat her with. Care to show them, Yuki?" Skadi openly said that there was something that Yuki had an edge over her and hearing this, everyone was even more terrified now.

But none of them was as terrified as Daryl because he was the one who openly flirted with her Wife. If he had known that Yuki was actually an Ancient and Powerful being just like Skadi, he would have never done that. Now he completely regrets his actions.

"It's not even that amazing, you're just making it sound like it is hard." Yuki merely shook her head as she created another Magic Circle and when everyone saw it, their jaws dropped like Skadi did when she first saw it.

Even though this was not the first time that Skadi saw something like this, it was still too unbelievable for her. Creating such a Magic Circle in such an instant already needed a high amount of concentration and Skill, but creating a layered one and a high one of that simply seemed impossible. Yet Yuki was able to create a 10-layered as if it was as easy as breathing.

"Every time that I see it… it just seems to be Magical. So what does this Magic Circle do, it is different from what you showed me the last time?" Skadi asked curiously as she genuinely didn't know what it was because it was hidden even from her.

"Oh… my bad. The outer layer blocks anyone who tries to inspect what is it. But if you want to know, you can just throw that rock in front of it, but make sure that no one is in front of it when you throw the rock. You know what, I'll actually just aim it up and do it myself in case something happens." Yuki said that she doesn't trust Skadi as she might do something silly and actually point it towards her to get back at her.

When Yuki demonstrated it, she simply threw the rock, but when it entered the Magic Circle, it shot into the Sky and after 3 seconds it exploded into the sky like a Nuke shocking everyone even Skadi.

"Ohh… I'm sorry? I didn't expect that it would be that strong. But no one is injured so we don't have to worry about anything." Yuki laughed as she was also not expecting that the explosion would be this big.
