Chapter 38: Temple Of Origin I

Valmus was shocked by Alice's statistics after all having millions of beasts roaming within her all descent from Beast Gods and Immortal Beast was a frightening revelation.

Valmus could vividly remember the might of the beast and how relentless they were when facing the Gods. He could also remember how deadly they were when they banded together for a common cause.

"Do they obey you?" Valmus couldn't help but ask after all of Alice could command the beasts to some degree wouldn't it be the same as him commanding them?

"Obviously I can, after all beasts are the darlings of the havens. Despite me being a Pocket Realm I still abide by the rules of the Havens." Alice replied briefly explaining her position.

"Beasts are naturally talented and they being favoured by the Havens would rapidly escalate their development. For example if a beast has an Ancient Bloodline and they consistently battle other beasts let's day for as long as they are awake, during their waking period they would also consume numerous natural treasures and resources.

When they fall into their slumber, hibernation that is, their power spikes at unprecedented degrees purely because the havens are nurturing them."

This was why beasts were captured when they are young and nurtured by their owner, simoly because it was always guaranteed that a beast would become strong depending on their lineage.

Valmus took in all the information Alice had shared and silently adjusted his plans after all it would be foolish of him not to make use of the beasts.

He then left the Pocket Realm as he assembled his thoughts, he was faintly considering adding the Blood of the Immortal Beasts Imperial Kraken and Black Dragon King Vrag to Alice's beast collection. But he stopped himself, it would be disrespectful to hiis former comrades after all they gifted him their bloodlines in hopes that they would be remembered through his lineage.

Turning those gifts into breeding ranches would be disrespectful on his side so he chose to keep the bloodlines to himself until he found a way to integrate with them.

He soon departed heading towards the borders of the Barren lands hoping to find fortune in the dangerous abandoned lands.

He used his Trait Skill Ethereal Soul to completely hide his presence as he snuck into the unknown lands following what little remained of Dimitri's post.

After an hour of walking, running and sometimes hiding Valmus soon found the abandoned Temple.

It was hidden between four large boulders that could be mistaken for hills covered in moss, vines and a thick canopy of trees.

Valmus climbed the boulders expertly before slipping in between the narrow gaps and spaces, he then snuck in undetected and made his way into the Temple.

He snuck in through the half closed window as mentioned by Dimitri who was surprisingly very detailed, probably venting of his frustration online so others would feel his pain and empathize. Sadly very few did empathize with him as many mocked and cursed him for being too foolish.

Once he was Cursed and blessed by the mysterious Goddess the Temple vanished into thin air  and such no other player could actually find it. This was what angered a majority of the players who thought that maybe his gaze had been veiled and theirs wasn't.  Dimitri found it amusing after releasing the detailed essay of what happened till the point of his blessings. He was smart enough not to say what he got or any other relevant information.

Sneaking in through the opening Valmus descended deeper into the Temple until he dropped into the Treasury a room filled with so much gold that the floor could not be seen.

He was shocked at first before calming himself, after all this wasn't the first Divine Vault he was looting. He wanted to fill his inventory with all the gold but, unlike what Dimitri originally did he chose another path which was also one of Dimitri's regrets.

He identified a stock of Purple Gems whose aura was as dangerous as it came along with other gem stones

Valmus gathered the Gems and used the systems basic Appraisal.

[Spacium Stones

Rank: Ancient

A Gem stone with Immese Spacial essence.]

This was what he wanted first, Spacium was a gem discovered by Scarlet Foxx an explorer who ventured into the geography of Vestia. Spacium Stones had an array of uses one being able to freely increase the Capacity of a Players Inventory.

Valmus' Inventory was naturally low after all his forner inventory had evolved into a World so the system out of basic courtesy had to give him another Inventory, this one was however normal.

As normal as any olayer Inventory can get and Valmus wasnt used to this normal plus he wasn't conformable using the Inventory which dropped his belongings in the event that he died or unfortunately met an extremely skilled thief.1

His first action was therefore upgrading his Inventory and hoping something out of the norm would happen.

[Do you wish to Use The Spacium Stones to expand your inventory?]

The system asked to which Valmus accepted, he watched as his one hundred slot Inventory expanded and expanded into the thousands and thousands before stopping at close to a million, but Valmus didn't stop there as he used a Chronoa Stone to give his inventory the Properties of time more so Time Dilation and Time Stopping.

[Your Inventory is at it's maximum Spacial limit and cannot undergo further elevation]

System Announced while Valmus grinned wildly, he took more Spacium stones and added to his storage, despite it having reached its limits Valmus could still strengthen it's spatial laws such that even a master thief could access it easily.

His current inventory had a million slots each slot able to house half a million spaces all with Time Stopping and/or Dilating functions.

He couldn't help but smile as he thought about how his Inventory jad once evolved into a world, didn't that mean that he could also evolve this one?

As of reading his thoughts the system suddenly chimed.

{{Please refrain from Evolving your current inventory, you should be content with already having a Sentient Realm.}} System surprisingly scolded and fell quiet.
