Cain watched with a broad smile as the flaming letters in the air above the blood gate began to converge. They spiraled inward, forming a sphere that burned with such intensity it seemed capable of destroying the entire dimension. Then, in the next instant, it transformed, the flames condensing and reshaping into a majestic pendant.
The pendant resembled a smooth, obsidian stone shaped like a heart, encased in veins of molten gold that pulsated gently, mimicking the steady beat of life. Dark, fiery runes etched into its surface glowed faintly, and a tiny ember flickered within the heart.
Cain gazed at the pendant with awe and wonder. Before he could reach out, the voice of the Demon King echoed, this time resonating directly within his mind.
