Cain reacted to the attack with urgency and focus, the sudden burst of soul force from before seemingly fading from his mind. He braced himself as the combined might of the Stellar Abyss Legends bore down upon him, lightning and fire exploding from his body.
The scarlet dragonborn's eyes blazed with determination. Cain summoned all his abilities, shadows swirling around him as he activated Shadow Master to enhance his agility, along with his Weight Manipulation, allowing him to shift his mass and momentum instantly.
He dodged the lightning bolt shot by the Lightning Knight and the spear of fire that fell from the sky; however, he was still forced to the ground—something the Stellar Abyss Legends took advantage of to close the range and reduce the space he had to maneuver.
