Cain was taken aback by the sudden and intense reaction of his Eye of Gluttony and True Name to the Abyssal Core. The urge to possess the orb was overwhelming, unlike anything he had ever experienced since arriving in the Crimson World.
'Why is this happening?' Cain thought, his brow furrowing. Clearly, the Abyssal Core was no ordinary treasure, but its significance eluded him as his soul force detected nothing special. Despite the uncertainty, the urge to claim it was undeniable, and he felt he would lose something critical for his growth if he did not get it.
After a few moments of contemplation, Cain's eyes grew sharp as he resolved to obtain the Abyssal Core. He had no idea what it was or what it could do for him, but one thing was certain: it was important.
