Cain could feel the tension building as the Legends pushed the price higher, each hoping to deter the others with their audacity, but there was pure resolve in his eyes as he continued bidding.
As the bids reached nine thousand spirit coins, Cain clenched his fists, and a cold light appeared in his eyes. If possible, he would have just killed the other parties and been done with it. That approach might sound somewhat extreme, but the Power of Order made it easy for Cain to make those types of decisions, and if someone became a problem, it was better to erase them.
Of course, that was not an approach Cain could take in a place like this. He took a deep breath, gathered his resolve, and placed a bid that would command attention.
