CHAPTER FIFTEEN.
FIONA'S P.O.V
They're here" Jace says with a huge smile.
"Who?" I ask confused. "Our mates and Daphne" Mark says walking towards the door and I follow them.
When we got outside we saw a red car and coming out of it were three girls who I couldn't put a name to their faces.
One of the girls immediately hugged Mark and I'm guessing she's his mate Amanda. She has black hair with hazel eyes and she's a bit taller than me.
I looked to the left just to see Jace and another girl kissing, oh she must be Gina. She has light brown hair and grey eyes and she's also taller than me.
I look at the last girl realizing that she must be Daphne and the moment our eyes meet she pounces on me tackling me to the ground with a hug.
"You must be Fiona, Mikhail has told me everything about you and he told me you accepted him as your mate" she says still squeezing the life out of me.
Mikhail must have realized that I couldn't breathe because he pulled her off me "that's enough Daphne don't strangle my mate to death" he warns. I get up and dust my clothes before smiling at her and offering my hand to shake, she takes it and gives it a little shake.
By this time Gina and Amanda have walked up to me, I look at them and smile before introducing myself. "Hi I'm Fiona nice to meet you guys" I tell them while smiling.
"I'm Amanda and this is Gina, we see you've already met Daphne" I nod my head at that and glance at Daphne who is still smiling at me. "It's nice to meet you and I'm so glad you gave Mikhail a chance, he's been searching for his mate for years now and I'm sure you'll be perfect for him" Gina says as she gives me a hug but she's much more gentle compared to Daphne.
"Thanks and I hope so, I'm sure you already know everything that happened when you weren't around" I say. "Yeah those Rouges were lucky that we weren't here, we would have totally ripped them apart limb from limb" Daphne says with a growl. We all laugh at this before Mikhail suggests that we go inside.
A few hours later the girls had freshened up and we were all watching a movie and catching up. The girls realized that I was wearing leftovers for clothes and decided that we would go shopping for new clothes the next day.
I tried to refuse but they just wouldn't listen to me. I finally agreed to go with them when Daphne threatened to tie me up and drag me to the mall. Tomorrow is apparently going to be our official girls day celebration and the guys weren't allowed to come with us.
I'm actually excited about tomorrow, I've barely been able to explore in the human Realm and I'd be able to do that tomorrow. Who knows? I might actually like it here.
THE NEXT DAY
"No it's too short" I say with a huff, shaking my head at the dress.
"Oh come on it's the perfect length" Gina says grinning.
"Yeah we're definitely keeping it whether you like it or not" Amanda adds.
I can't help but groan again, I've groaned a lot during the last 3 hours. I woke up to a lot of screaming today because the girls decided that the best way to wake me up was by screaming into my ears. As expected I screamed too before falling face first onto the ground with a loud thud.
I got mad at them but they barely paid me any attention as they forced me into the bathroom to take a bath. When I finally came downstairs I met everyone eating breakfast and I glared at the girls one more time before sitting down to eat.
They just laughed it off ignoring me except Mikhail who asked me what was wrong, I told him what happened and he had given the girls a warning glare.
He wasn't too happy that they bad let me smack my head against the floor, he probably didn't want me getting another injury or complete memory loss.
I had barely finished eating breakfast when the girls told me to go get dressed cause we were apparently going to the mall to get me clothes. After getting dressed we got into the same red car I saw the day before and drove off to the mall. The guys insisted on following us but we were able to convince them to stay in case anything came up.
I didn't know if it was just me overreacting but I felt that the guys agreed on letting us go too easily. It's weird that they didn't freak out that much, they had been all about safety since the rouge incident happened.
When we got to the mall I was astonished by the various stores all around and with the number of people walking around. I didn't know where to go but the girls took charge and dragged me into one of the shops.
Before I knew it they were pulling all sorts of clothes out and forcing me to try them on. I tried on all sorts of skirts, tops, dresses and trousers. I rejected a lot of the short ones but the girls forced me to take some.
About 3 hours of shopping later my suspicions were confirmed. I noticed that some men were staring at us, they were following us into every store we went to. I looked at them one more time before facing the girls "am I the only one who can see those guys following us?" I asked them.
They didn't even look back before Daphne answered "they're warriors, my brother must have asked them to guard us from a safe distance" she rolled her eyes as she said this. "I knew they weren't gonna allow us to come to the mall alone" Gina adds.
After this we continue shopping and try our best to ignore the guys following us. We finally go to get food at a place called the food court. "So we're going back to the pack house right?" I ask them when we're through with our food.
"No there's one more store we need to visit before going home" Amanda says with a smirk.
"Oh really? Which store is that?" I ask but they don't answer me, they look at each other with huge smiles before Daphne turns to me "oh you'll see" she says laughing.
I have a feeling I'm not gonna like this, the girls all get up heading in the direction of another shop and I follow them closely. The men also following us at a safe distance. We stop at the entrance of the shop and I read the name "Victoria secrets."
I'm about to ask what they sell here until my eyes land on a scandalous piece of clothing. My eyes widen and I take a few steps back "oh no, no, no, no. I am not going in there" I say as the girls burst into laughter.
"Come on don't be such a prude, you need some sexy underwear" Amanda says as she pulls my hand.
"No I don't, why would I even need this type of clothing?" I ask as I look at the store and see some other types of scandalous outfits.
"To impress Mikhail of course, I'm sure he'd love to see you in some of these sexy outfits" Gina says wiggling her eyebrows at me.
I blush bright red at this and I slam my elbow into her ribs which just makes her laugh louder. "Come on just try them on I'm sure you'll find something you like" Daphne says.
I think about it for a few minutes and shrug, it wouldn't hurt me to try it on so I agree. The girls cheer at this and drag me into the store before I can change my mind.
I see various pieces of clothing that I probably shouldn't even be looking at, from those barely covering anything to those that cover a bit of skin. The girls pick out some for me to try and I try them on in the dressing room before finally settling on a white one with net covering which reached my knees, I chose it because it doesn't show too much skin.
They told me it was called a babydoll lingerie. The girls groaned at the fact that I rejected all the ones they chose for me, they were very revealing and barely covered anything.
I looked at Daphne "is your brother aware of this? Mikhail doesn't seem like the kind to let his sister buy this sort of things" I say.
She laughs before answering "oh he's not alright, he doesn't know that I even come here but it doesn't matter since I never buy anything. I just tag along with Gina and Amanda" she says.
"Oh you're 18 years old right? I think we're of the same age" I ask her to which she nods. "So you haven't found you mate?" I ask again as we make small talk since Amanda and Gina are still shopping.
"Yeah, my 18th birthday was 2 months ago and I still haven't found him. I'm beginning to think it runs in my family not to find our mates early.
I laugh at this "don't worry I'm sure you'll find him soon" I add trying to cheer her up. "Yeah you're right and when I do I'll come get me some sexy underwear from this store" she says smiling.
Amanda and Gina end up with two bags of underwear each. We leave the store and finally head back to the pack house with all the shopping bags filling the car.
When we get back to the pack house the guys are waiting there and the moment we get out of the car they approach us, Mikhail hugs me and I smile before hugging him back. I spent the next few hours arranging my clothes into the closet of the room I was staying. The girls had suggested that I move into Mikhail's room but I wasn't ready for that just yet.
