To be honest I was expecting this reaction from her. Sebastian told me that this incident made both sisters traumatized and even worst that broke their relation. The younger one, Koneko Toujou was taken by the Gremory and made into the rook of their heiresses.

While the older sister was branded as a criminal and thus become a wanted S-ranked stray devil.

My reason for wanting Kuroka into my Root was quite simple and at the same time quite complicated. She was a Youkai and as anyone knows Youkais have quite the affinity with chakra and their arts and my Root needs people that I could trust to help me run and what's the best way to gain the trust of a person? Saving their family and making them reunite with each other while at the same time fucking potential enemies.

After that, I spend a few more minutes talking with all of Vali's teammates and I was quite surprised to get to know them. While I knew some things about them thanks to my people that we're gathering information about most of the wanted people around the world, I didn't know what they like and their hobbies and to be honest it was quite enjoyable to finally make some friends.

The time doesn't wait for anyone and before I know a year has passed.

My pub becomes some sort of neutral ground for all of those factions around the world that just wanted to drink and not have to watch their backs every single second. Though some brave fools thought that I will be too scared to do something to them and while most of them were devils, I could only laugh. Jokes on you guys, I'm into that shit.

Every single idiot that tried to attack someone in my pub becomes my minion and after half a year my mummy division hit the 150 marks. Too many idiots thought that their leaders will wipe the butts if they attack someone in a well know neutral territory that helped every single faction for a price.

Three months ago, Rias Gremory, Sona Sitri, and their respective peerages arrived in town to take the role of the devil rulers of the town, while Cleria could finally relax.

At the same time, I and Raiser meet more often and even pissed off the crimson-haired heiress every time we went on a drinking spree, poor gal, she could barely understand why I was so friendly with her fiancée while I barely talk to her. Heck, I liked Sona more than her and could be seen by the amount of time I spend with her and her peerage talking, training, playing chess or simply spending my time with them, which made the girl even more furious, thinking that I had a grudge against her family for hiding the truth about my mother's death…Yeah, I was holding a grudge and I will be damned if I didn't show it.

Another thing that I found and this time, thanks to Raiser was that I was somehow engaged to Sona and that made me some sort of an enemy in the underworld, not like anyone from my generation could harm me, but still, the amount of hate that I was getting started to become annoying.

Thankfully all the hate was blown away when Ophis showed up one day at my pub which made all of the people inside piss their pants when they saw her. She casually walked towards me and just sit on my shoulder while pouting. At first, I was confused, but then I remembered that I told her that I may visit her and I didn't visit her… so as any good person I took from my inventory one of my new inventions: an infinite bag that will multiply a large variety of things inside of it and thanks to the shadow clones I max out all of the skills related to cooking, mixing, taking care of the house and business making me the perfect husband material. Giving her the bag, Ophis was quite confused about the bag, but when she put her hand inside and found that it was filled with cookies she becomes happy and forgot about me not visiting her. She even kissed me on my cheek for how delicious the cookies were.

When the leaders of all of the factions that I had any sort of relation, found out about Ophis being so close to me and the fact that I become an Ultimate-Class, they were forced to put me into their surveillance as a potential enemy, at least most of them. Yasaka and Azazel were the only ones that laugh at how "loved" I've become after my plot armor in the form of a lovable loli dragon showed her affection for me.

Yasaka and her daughter visited me almost weekly this past year and while I was happy to take care of Kunou, Yasaka and my girlfriends fought on every occasion they found about any little thing, but when they found that I planning to leave, all four of them feared that I was going to abandon them.

But, after hearing my reason, they calmed down and let me go in peace.

Currently, I was standing on a hill while my undead was repairing the stronghold that we captured.

"My lord, our scouts have spotted the green tide coming from the west. Fifty thousand orcs and almost a hundred thousand goblins followed by a few tribes of Trolls and some giants."

"Thank you, Athar, what do we know about the forest tribes?"

"Orochimaru managed to find that they are assembling their forces close to the outer region of the forest and he thinks that the forest goblins will attack us once the green tide hits us."

"Not the best situation, but it could be worst than this. How's the Necrosphinx doing?"

"We are almost ready to revive the beast, my lord, but Orochimaru keeps saying that it could be dangerous for you, my lord and while I don't usually agree with him and his ways, He's right about the Necrosphinx, the beast will take a huge chunk of your mana, my lord and will make you weak."

"Find Sepas and have his people set the forest on fire. We can't have another army ambushing us while we fight Grimgor's army."

"As you wish, my lord, Sepas will be informed immediately."

After he left, I was left alone looking at the horizon and thinking on how I could win the upcoming fight.
