The day was proving painful for the king of Atria. He was learning things that he had not known before that were slicing his heart like sharp daggers. His beloved was gone probably murdered by someone and he was seating there helpless. He had no idea what to change everything that had happened.
He didn't even know where her body was that he could call a warlock to come and help bring her back. He found himself stuck between a rock and a hard place. On one hand, there were hidden people who might die of this curse of the sand, and on the other hand, he wanted the sand to seek justice for Elena. If only the sand only went after the guilty party then he wouldn't be troubled about it.
He was confused about what to do next to get his people out of the dilemma they were facing. "Elena, had you been here then you would have known exactly what to do," he said missing her.
