It was the ever of the blood moon festival. The whole of Zaredon was making arrangements to have the celebration. The blood moon festival would last for four days in the kingdom and so would the celebrations.
Having had so much to do and so little time to do it, the priestess had everyone working on the clock. The palace was busy with movements all around.
Decorations went up and the lighting of the palace heightened. It was shimmering in the palace of Zaredon and the priestess seemed pleased with the progress.
She let the saints handle the treasury of the palace when it came to paying the workers. She retreated to get herself ready for the party when all was done. She sent some clothes for Elena and Erwin to wear at the function.
"It is that time of the year again," she said getting into her dress. "When all of Zaredon becomes mortals," she stated with cheer in her voice. It was a festival that happened after every two thousand years.
