CHAPTER 20
It was around four in the evening when Kaleb walked down the stairs, eyes droopy.
“Never felt better,” he said, certainly looking much healthier and all of the color on his face returned to him.
“Good, eat something, you haven’t eaten anything since last night.”
“Sure.” He went to the dining table while the maid served him some food.
I was working out, getting my strength back up, and being in more control of my body and my magic. For most of the afternoon, I had tried out different spells from my Grimoire and even mastered a few. Even though nothing important has been found out yet, today has been productive but in a few hours, I will get all the answers I need.
