Charlie's heart warmed also and he laughed and said, "I will assign secret bodyguards for you and I will be waiting for you in my private room, when you are done we would go home together" Charlie said. 

"Thanks" Eve said and she blew him a flying kiss.

At sunset restaurant...

Eve walked into the restaurant and asked to be directed to the private room her uncle reserved for the dinner and is surprised to see the whole family of her uncle were there with him and couldn't help but suspect that they might have something up their sleeve again against her and she needs to be careful, but she masked her worry with a fake smile and walks inside the room and sits down.

"What is it you said you wanted to say to me? Please be fast because I have a dinner date with my husband" Eve said.

"Why did you marry Charles?" George couldn't help but ask Eve.

"Is that what you want to tell me?" Eve said irritated with her meddling uncle.

"No... But Eve if you married him to get revenge on us that's not right, we are your family Eve!" George said with a tone that sounds as if they cared about her and don't hate her.

"It's none of your business why I married Charles but I will tell you I love him and he loves me so we got married"; "so if that's what you want to say then I have to leave, have a nice meal" Eve said this as she moves to stand up.

"We are sorry" George said.

Eve froze on the spot when she heard what her uncle said.

"Yes we are really sorry" this time it was her aunt and cousin who hasn't said anything since she came. Eve was surprised to the extent she started laughing as she sat back down on her chair.

"You are sorry" Eve asked again to confirm if she heard right.

"Yes" George said.

"Oh that's surprising" Eve said.

"Why the sudden change of mind? If I can remember correctly you all called me all sorts of names and also vow never to see me again" Eve said with a cold tone.

"I know we have wronged you in many ways, we have realized our fault and we will treat you better from now on" Sofia said.

"Sister Eve, I am sorry for all the time I was bullying you can you find it in your heart to forgive me, hmm?" Adriana said feigning a pitiful expression.

Eve is disgusted when the word "sister" came out from Adriana's mouth. But she decided not to drag the matter anymore even though she knows they don't mean it.

"Ok I forgive you all" Eve said putting up a fake smile.

"Thank you" George said in a relaxed manner.

"Thank you sister Eve" Adriana said smiling.
