Kian offered an ice pack and Tinsley looked up to see him.
After baby Ava had bitten her mother hard, Tinsley had to switch her to the other side.
Once baby Ava was asleep in her mother's arms, Kian got up to get an ice pack to apply on the reddened area.
"Thank you!...but I m good."
