Volume 3: Three

Soon it was time for the other men to send their gifts in.

" Hubby last time I remember your gift for little Jemmy was 5% shares of your company I wonder what Your gift for her now would be. " Rose had asked her husband the other day.

" You'll find out soon. " The latter said mysteriously with a wink.

Daniel walked towards the little girl who was already anticipating the gift and crouched in front of her, he gave her a small smile before speaking up.

" So I remember you saying once that your favorite singer is Billie Yves and you'll like to meet her in person one day right? "

" Yes, Uncle. But don't tell me... "

Her words died in her throat when she saw a silhouette of a familiar yet unfamiliar Young lady.

She was none other than Her Famous Singer, Billie Yves. She was wearing a simple Red jacket on Blue jeans, her long brown hair was tied up in a ponytail, A pair of ten-inch heel sandals were strapped on her feet.

She appeared Simple and casual but her appearance stunned everyone present especially Jemmy.

Jemmy didn't even realize that Her favorite Singer had already Walked towards her till she was engulfed in a warm embrace.

" Happy birthday, Jemmy Standford! " The warm yet sonorous voice of the singer rang in little Jemmy's ears and she finally got to recover from her dazzled state.

" Are you my favorite singer, Billie Yves? " She asked as if to confirm.

" Of course or don't tell me you don't recognize me? " She said with a pout which made her look very cute yet stunning. " I proponed my yearly concert just to fly over her all for you not to recognize me. This isn't fair to me at all, Jemmy! "

Her words made everyone present speechless, no one expected the famous Singer to have this side to her. It's very funny to see.

" Umm. I apologize for that, Miss Yves. I was just too shocked that's why. "

" Wassup with the formality? You can call me Billie. " She told her.

" Alright, Billie. Thanks for attending my birthday party. " The young girl said grinning happily.

" The pleasure is all mine. " Billie got up from her crouched position and stood upright.

" So I was able to write a song for you and it will be one of the songs I'll sing at the concert and it is dedicated to you. " She Announced.

Everyone present was Wowed!

Not only did she attend the birthday party despite her busy schedule but she also wrote a song for Jemmy.

How on Earth was Daniel able to pull this off.

All eyes turned on Daniel who only smiled in return.

Without further Ado's Billie Walked towards the stage and then got ready to sing.

She gave a signal to the Pianist to get ready.

" So this song is Titled, Birthday girl. Dedicated to the one and only Jemmy Standford! " She announced.

Then she began Singing.

It's June 15

The day is all about you.

Both the sun and the moon know that.

It's the birthday of the most beautiful girl I have ever seen.

Not only is she beautiful but also intelligent.

Birthday girl, birthday girl.

My wish for you is to continually be happy all the days of your life.

I wish that you live a very long life in good health and Happiness and you should make your parents proud.

Birthday girl, Birthday Girl........

The song ended with a round of applause.

Those present weren't that Suprised anymore as they were well aware of how talented Billie Yves was.

Immediately she descended the stage Jemmy ran towards her and engulfed her in a warm embrace.

" Thanks for the surprise gift, Billie! " Jemmy said happily.

" It's my pleasure, Jemmy! I am so glad I made you very happy. " She smiled back at little Jemmy before adding. " Though I don't think you should thank me for this much though as I came here because I was asked to by President Daniel. "

" Oh... " Jemmy whispered before turning to Daniel who was smiling at her. " Thanks, Uncle for the amazing birthday gift, I love it. "

" It's my pleasure, Jemmy! "

" Hmm. "

" It's your turn, Dad. " Lucia's voice rang as she nudged Raymond.

" Dad? When did you start calling him that, Lucia? " Rose asked her with Surprise.

" Why? Can't she refer to me as Dad? I am her legal guardian after all. " Raymond said smugly.

" Don't mind him, Rose, he still hasn't changed over the years, He's still as proud as always.." Jasmine said interrupting the two.

" It's quite obvious. " Rose commented.

" Jasmine! I guess it's been a long while since I have disciplined you! "

" Discipline? Do you want to discipline my Wife, Brother in law? What kind of husband will I be if I allowed that to happen while I am still alive? " Jasmine's husband said.

" Kudos to you, Uncle! " Lucia said.

" You..! You guys are ganging up against me! "

" Are we? " Rose provoked.

" Wifey? Won't you defend me from these bullies? " Seeing that he couldn't win against them he chose to call his wife but unfortunately for him, Stella ignored him.

" Hahahaha. I didn't expect you to be this childish, Uncle Raymond. " Caleb commented seeing this drama in front of him.

" Shut up, Kiddo! " Raymond said embarrassed.

" Anyways, it's high time you've presented your gift to little Jemmy, Right Raymond? " The quiet finally Stella spoke up.

He stared wide-eyed at Stella, " And you, Wifey? Not only do you not care that your husband is being bullied but all you care about is my gift to little Jemmy? "

" Of course, Why would I care about you on this day? It's Little Jemmy's birthday and not yours alright? " Stella defended sharply.

" You killed him, Mom. " Lucia and the rest gave a thumbs up to Stella.

Sighing at Raymond's Childishness, Daniel walked towards him and gave him a soft Pat on the back.

Finally, Raymond calmed down and walked towards Jemmy.

He crouched in front of her before saying, " I heard you love watching Female football, right Jemmy? "

" Yes, Uncle. " The young girl Nodded innocently.

" So I got an exclusive ticket for you and your mom to Watch the female Football competition which will be held in Singapore two weeks from boe. " He announced before handing over Two Golden tickets to her.

" Oh my! Thank you, Uncle! " Little Jemmy said as she embraced him emotionally.

" You are welcome, birthday girl! " He said hugging her back.

Minutes later.

Lucia who loved to stir up Trouble walked towards Jemmy and asked her, " So Jemmy, Which gift do you like best out of the gift everyone had gifted you? "

" Well, I love everyone's gift and so I don't know which one is best. " Jemmy Replied.

" Oh, but I am sure you must love one best, is it the shares of the Jackson's Corporation gifted by my mom, The gifts gifted by Aunty Rose, Your mom's, or your Dad's? " Lucia Pestered.

" Emmy. " Jemmy Muttered.

" Emmy? What do you mean, Jemmy? "

" The gift I love best is Robot Emmy which is gifted to me by my Dad. " Jemmy announced.

" Oh Wow! You sure are a Dad's girl. " Lucia exclaimed as she stared at Adam who had a doting Smile on his face.

" Of course, I am. " Jemmy Replied smugly.

Everyone turned to Lucy waiting to see her reaction and it was quite unexpected. She didn't look annoyed at all but was smiling.

They couldn't help but envy how understanding and loving this couple were.
