Lightning danced around the clouds above Konoha, the rain falling on top of each house composed a unique melody, that no one could not recognize

A lone figure walked around the empty streets if konoha, his raincoat had not even one drop of water on it, it was as if the rains was avoiding him

He walked towards one of the only places open during such heavy rain, surprisingly it was Ichiraku's ramen stand

Entering the place, the figure took off his raincoat, as if it was wet and put it aside

"Dygan? it's been a long time my friend, what have you been up to?" Teuchi who recognized the figure greeted him

"Ya, Teuchi

Long time no see

I have been keeping watch over the dimension with my sister, recently someone managed to sneak by so I am investigating it" Dygan said

Teuchi looked at him for a second, before he

"Hahaha, I see you still like to joke around, somethings just never change, huh?" He laughed it off and went prepare a ramen

"I am serious though... OI, I didn't even make my order yet, where are you going?" Dygan asked

"You always order the same thing" Teuchi answered

"... No I don't" Dygan tried to defend himself

"Oh? you sure?" Teuchi looked at him amused, but Dygan couldn't manage to find a way to prove Teuchi wrong

He couldn't prove someone wrong if he knew they were right, right?

"Tch, you win..." He clicked his tongue in defeated annoyance

"Told you so" Teuchi said with a smile as he went to make a ramen

Thunder echoed throughout the entire Konoha, at the hokage building, team 7 was located... well

Kakashi, Shizue and Sasuke where located

"You think he will be fine? it's been a week already..." Shizue asked in concern

"He should be fine, I have never seen Naruto keep sad for more than a week before" Kakashi said as he read his book for the Nth time

"You said the exact same thing every day until now" Shizue rolled her eyes at Kakashi's antics

Sasuke was sitting at the side, reading a book quickly, advantages of having a sharingan, you can read as fast as you can turn the pages

"Should I go see how he is?" Shizue asked

"Mah... he is fine, give him some time and he will be as good as new, also Naruto is part of my team, you should be more concerned about Kaede, since she left the village, shouldn't you?" Kakashi stupidly tried to pull a no u on shizue

but little did he know, that he was activating Shizue's trap card

"Exactly! It is because I taught Kaede that I am not worried about her, but Naruto is YOUR student, and you are useless!" Shizue's retaliation shot an arrow straight through Kakashi's pride

'This two look like children bickering...' Sasuke thought as he looked at Shizue and Kakashi's discussion, while imagining them as kids bickering...

"Thanks Teuchi, see you later!" Dygan said as he exited Ichiraku's

"I will be waiting then, next time bring Azylth as well, it has been ages since she came to Konoha" Teuchi answered

"I will keep that in mind" Dygan then turned to leave

He walked though Konoha's empty streets, the scenery was actually better during the rain, the illumination of the lightning gave a mystic feeling to the village, and the rain sounds gave a calm vibe to the whole place

Albeit that was ruined by the occasional thunder sound...

"This rain remembers me of my stupid brother...

talking about him, I wouldn't mind if this world evolved a bit technologically, I would love to play those game things Veldora told me about..." Dygan said as he looked at the thunder clouds

without the threat of angels wiping the entire world clean, he knew it was only a question of time before the technological advances started to appear

Dylan saw by the corner of his eyes a sad little boy walking on the streets of Konoha, during the rain no less

'Ehh... who is this kid? [Odin]' Having a strange feeling about the kid in front of him, he activated his skill to look into it a bit more

'Huuum, descendant of Hagoromo, that lazy dude...

Son of a hero, container of a demon, hated by people, brainwashed, betrayed, beaten black and blue and now sad...

quite the history we have here, huh? but this kid is really pure, to not hate not even the person who metaphorically stabbed him on the back... maybe he would turn into a hero in the future?

Should I help him cheer up a bit? or should I keep investigating that soul?

Ah, screw my work, that can wait, let me help this poor kid' Dygan made up a excuse of helping a kid in need to procrastinate, truly Veldora's brother...

"Hey kid" He said as he walked towards Naruto

Naruto who strangely could hear his voice even with the rain, asked confused

"...Are you talking to me?" While pointing at himself

"Is there anyone besides you here?" Dygan asked, Naruto looked around and noticed that there really wasn't anyone

"So, why are you walking all sad on the rain? did your girlfriend ditch you?" Dygan joked a bit, to try to lighten the mood

"No... not really... I just... I don't wanna talk about it, mister..."

"Dygan, My name is Dygan. You can trust me kid, I am a professional, what happened? I can surely help you out!" Dygan said proudly

Naruto hesitated a bit, but after some time, he decided to talk about it

"...My friend lied to me" He started

"Ok, until now, No problems"

"She killed my other friend"

"Well... that sucks, but maybe she had a reason? or maybe she lied to you again? who knows..."

Naruto's eyes lit up a bit at the mention of 'maybe she lied', because his brainwashed mind didn't think of that possibility

"...She... left the village... And I can't bring her back..."

"That sounds easy, why don't you just go and bring her back then? aren't you a ninja?" Dygan said pointing to Naruto's headband

"I am not strong enough..."

"See? I told you I was an expert" Dygan laughed a bit before walking away, the rain had stopped right at that moment as well

"Thank you Dygan-san!" Naruto screamed a bit, looking at the disappearing back of the mysterious kind man who helped him

Since the rain stopped, the clouds opened up a bit, and some sunlight started to pass though, slowly

one of those sunlight rays appeared right above Naruto, illuminating him

It was at that moment that the depressed kid found strength to try once again, looking up to the now visible sun, he promised himself

"I will find a way to bring you back, Kaede

I will find the reason for what you did, and I will become the hokage!

DATTEBAYO!"

At that exact moment, a seed was born inside Naruto's soul, the seed of hopes and dreams, the seed to be a hero, an unhatched [Hero's egg]...

'Heh, interesting...' Dygan thought while observing the scene with his skill

'You were at your lowest kid, from there, you can only go up

Don't let that egg go to waste, become the hero you deserve to be...' The Dygan slowly disappeared, and only he knew where he was going next
