That time I stumbled upon a disaster class monster

The very earth shook before the strong magical disturbance that came underground.

~ Subterranean ~

Inside one of the largest giant ant colonies in the great forest of Jura Shiro can be seen strolling his way through its maze like caver and on his trail we're thousands of giant red ant carcasses.

It has been a week since Shiro exited Veldora's cave and ever since then Shiro began wandering all around the great forest of Jura trying to familiarize himself with the place.

The nameless slime Rimuru has been born by now, but it will still take her a month or two before meeting Veldora.

Shiro had the urge to pay the slime a visit, but that might not be so good, and so he decided to let her be on her own accord.

Right now, Shiro was underground after he accidentally fell onto a pit hole when he was experimenting with his [Omni Universal Perception] yet instead of going back up Shiro decided to head down instead after his senses picked up a strong magicule signature underground.

He suspected the owner of the strong magicule signature to be the ant queen of this colony and based on the amount of EP he is sensing from it, the creature seems to be around Disaster Class, comparable to a demon lord.

He never thought such a creature lived underground.

Now that he recalled it, there wasn't a case of Rimuru exploring the subterranean territory in the story, at this juncture Shiro's curiosity was piqued.

He was curious whether the ant queen or whatever the owner of the strong magicule signature is, if it possessed any intellect, so that's why he decided to pay it a visit.

After two hours of travel Shiro stumbles upon a massive door made of stitched together stones and dirt and behind this door was the owner of the enormous magicule signature.

{ Human, what is the reason for your invasion? }

Out of nowhere, a voice rang out, echoing throughout the place, the voice was neither male nor female.

Shiro shrugged the back of his head as he replied.

"In truth I wasn't here for an invasion."

{ Don't fool me human, I know you humans very well. Your greed knows no bounds. }

The ethereal voice said in a spiteful tone.

It definitely hates humans.

"Hey, even though I'm not a human, you're just being racist."

Shiro replied in an annoyed tone.

He really didn't like dealing with individuals who based their view on one's race.

While usually they're right there's always an exception a unique variable that isn't part of the majority.

{ Your not human? }

It asked Shiro in doubt.

Shiro didn't bother replying and just completely released his suppressed dragon demon aura, making the entire subterranean colony tremble.

"Now, are you satisfied?"

Shiro asked in a harsh voice, frightening the being behind the door.

The next second the stitched door slowly opened revealing a gigantic and majestic ant the same size of Veldora, that has a crown on this head.

"I apologize oh great one for being blind."

The ant queen? Lowered itself, it's head and body plastered on the dirt ground, though it was always like that, it was literally groveling.

Even though the ant queen is Disaster Class, its monster instincts is screaming that the being that had invaded its territory is something beyond its wildest imagination.

Shiro waves his hand in a dismissive manner gesturing not bothered in the slightest about the previous transgression.

In the first place Shiro was the one who invaded the territory, so it's a common response for the leader of the territory to attack the invader and be angry for him slaughtering its minions.

"Let bygones be bygones, I'm more curious as to why you hate humans."

Shiro shifted the topic back to why the ant queen is so spiteful about humans.

"You see, great one…"

Eons ago before the death of the creator, the birth of the first demon lord, and even before the great war against the true giants and the heavenly army.

The time referred to as the golden age of humans and Demi humans when magic and technological advancements of humans and elves reached never before seen heights.

Those times when they journeyed the skies and explored the space and sea.

Humans created an alliance between nations to eradicate all monsters completely off the face of the world.

Legendary Fenrir, Phoenix, Insectoid, etc. Was almost wiped out at the time, but just as things were about to go for the worse, the first true dragon, the creator stepped in and let his brother Veldora the storm dragon, go on a rampage, completely stopping the advancement of humans, and it even resulted in the destruction of a few nations after being caught off guard by the overwhelming and absolute power the storm dragon held.

After hearing the story Shiro couldn't hide his astonishment.

He already knew all that happened in the past thanks to his 'Pursue Of Truth' but to think that the ant queen before him is Eons of years old and has survived many wars is something he did not expect.

Its EP doesn't really fall short to him the only underlying difference between the two of them is Shiro having an ultimate skill, a number of unique skills and extra skills while the ant queen only has a single unique skill and a few extra skills and instinct skills, though Shiro knew that the ant queen isn't someone to be underestimated and if they were to engage in combat Shiro victory is still questionable.

He might have a higher EP count and skills advantage but the ant queen who had lived for Eons is definitely superior in terms of experience, technique and combat mastery.

After that, they also discuss many things Shiro shared with her about him being a reincarnated soul and how the outside world in the cardinal world nowadays are.

"How about becoming my subordinate?"

Shiro decided to be straightforward about his interest in recruiting the ant queen.

Getting the ant queen is like acquiring a Primordial Demon, from Shiro's point of view.

Monsters and beast people don't really give a damn about talk no jutsu, they prefer the most direct approach and that is through finding out who is stronger, though there are some exceptions to this but Shiro himself prefers the old-fashioned way.

"I don't actually mind becoming your subordinate, but you should know that I wouldn't just let myself be tied to anyone."

Saying so, the gigantic ant form of the ant queen was suddenly engulfed by a dazzling bright while light, a few seconds later the light dissipates revealing an irresistible nubile woman in her teens.

Gulp~

Shiro was in awe, looking at her figure.

"Hey, the way you word it seems like I'm asking your hand for marriage."

Shiro awkwardly replied while shrugging the back of his head with a wry smile.

"Is that so, I wouldn't really mind becoming your woman if you ever defeat me."

The now humanoid ant queen replied, her voice is like a melody to the ears.

She has a very long crimson orange hair that reaches her toes, luminous vibrant golden eyes, a well-defined heavenly face, and glamorous smooth skin so white that it is almost transparent.

Even Mei wouldn't be a match to her in terms of beauty.

To female monsters being subdued by a stronger male is a great opportunity to birth a powerful offspring.

The ants she produced couldn't really be considered as her offspring as they were created using her instinct skill.

So from the point of view of the ant queen, Shiro subduing her is an honor and opportunity.

She also desired to take a look outside after Shiro told her that the outside isn't like what it was eons ago.

Shiro raised his eyebrows frowning to the words of the ant queen but soon after the frown on his face was replaced by a mischievous grin already imagining the things he will have the ant queen do for him after subduing her.

"That's one way to motivate me."
