9 That time I battled an ancient catastrophe class monster

As Shiro decided to confront the ant queen, the battle immediately became a clash between immense power and mastery.

Shiro disappeared from his spot, appearing a microsecond later just beside the ant queen, his mere simple step that can be mistaken for a teleportation is more troublesome than how it looks.

Shiro literally suppressed the very law of physics to his advantage using [Law Domination] and by doing so, he was able to move at light speed.

But such a display isn't enough to surprise or get a reaction from the ancient ant queen who had lived for eons and one that had been through many battles beyond any magnitude.

In the first place the very reason why the 'ant queen' refers to Shiro as 'oh great one' wasn't due to his overwhelming aura carrying the force of an ultimate skill and a couple of unique skills or his bit of advantage in terms of EP count, but his demon and dragon aura which basically makes him a higher existence to the point of view of the ant queen who had witnessed and joined battles of insectoids, primordial angels, primordial demons, spirits, true giants and true dragons that could erase worlds.

Each exchange of Shiro and the ant queen resulted in a loud explosive force enough to completely erase anything in sight.

The battle that ensues is like a dazzling display of starlight as the two figures moving at light speeds leaving light blurry and sparks on their trail reducing anything they pass through into fine dust.

The relentless attacks and acrobatic maneuvers of the ant queen put Shiro's combat mastery and combat experience into the test.

Every strike is infused with both magic and skills.

Shiro uses [Destiny Manipulation], [Law Domination], [Space-Time Manipulation] and [Causality Domination] to predict, avoid, defend and counter-attack against the assaults of the ant queen.

Their first clash granted Shiro a considerable amount of information regarding the ant queen, information he wished he hadn't gotten, it was regarding the ant queen being 8 times stronger than him in terms of pure physical strength alone and this was before they even used enhancements.

This forces Shiro to exert and use more magicules into enhancing his physical power in order to cope up with the huge difference in physical prowess.

Infused with the power of [Spatial Domination] the sheer volume of each of the ant queen's attacks overwhelms Shiro whose regenerative ability granted by [Infinite Regeneration] struggles to keep pace with the destructive force of the ant queen's [Spatial Domination] that literally carries the force of a literal black hole in her every strike leaving him critically injured in their every clash.

The battle of Shiro and the ant queen escalates, the ant queen was astonished to see how resilient Shiro was and how each of his attack completely bypassing her physical and spiritual attack nullification making her conclude that Shiro is enchanting his attacks with an offensive Ultimate skill.

However, even with his clear advantage in terms of destructive force that literally ignores all defenses due to his Ultimate Skill [Shiva God Of Destruction] Shiro still finds it hard to land any meaningful hit on the ant queen.

The ant queen was able to figure out a way to counter the destructive force of his Ultimate Skill [Shiva, God Of Destruction] after losing and regenerating a few arms.

Using her [Multi Dimensional Barrier] enchanting it with the power of [Law Manipulation], [Gravity Manipulation] and [Spatial Domination] the ant queen was able to redirect the highest explosive force towards the barrier, lessening the effect of the attack before it reached her body, at that point she is capable of enduring the attack by solely relying on her physical attack nullification, spiritual attack nullification and [Immortality].

Likewise, the ant queen was able to figure out a way to bypass the effects of [Shiva God Of Destruction] allowing her to regenerate the supposed unrecoverable damage done by Shiro, it was by destroying or severing the very part of her body that was destroyed, she's literally self inflicting damage to herself.

It can't be helped as he was confronting someone who has eons of experience, compared to his meager practice of his skills and magic that hadn't even taken a week long.

Moreover, the ant queen wasn't just superior in terms of strength as she also has a clear advantage in terms of speed even after Shiro used [Law Manipulation] to suppress the very law of physics to his advantage.

The battle was grueling as Shiro was pushed to his limits, his soul that had been dormant all the while this battle is ongoing began to show signs of change which was immediately noticed by the ant queen thanks to her Extra Skill [Heavenly Eyes].

Looking at Shiro soul the ant queen couldn't help herself from being mesmerized by its beauty and majesty.

Shiro's souls is like a dazzling brilliant sun yet instead of blazing crimson, orange, yellow or even blue, it was instead multicolor, as it held all the known colors within, and around it was gold and silver aurora augmenting its granger.

Curious on what's going to happen next after it reached a certain point the ant queen decided to push Shiro even further, though she did know beforehand that even with the current upper hand she has against Shiro it would only be a matter of time before she succumbed and be defeated.

The difference in their skills is just that big of a difference and the longer they clash, the more obvious it was that Shiro is quickly adapting to her speed, strength, technique, and mastery as if he had been training together with her for a long time.

Shiro is the worst enemy for someone like her who relies on technique and mastery over arts in order to bypass the difference in power.

The ant queen continues to barrage Shiro with a steady never-ending consecutive punches and kicks which put Shiro's resilience and willpower into the test.

However, in a moment of sheer determination and desperation Shiro's already bobbling soul awaits the needed trigger for it to change awakens, and to which the voice of the world responds to.

Even the voice of the world was confused about such development, for it was something unprecedented.

Calling it an anomaly would be an understatement.

A monster becoming a Saint, an evolution that should have been exclusive to humans only.

Even Shiro was taken aback that he failed to dodge the Ant Queen's attack due to the slight distraction, the ant queen hit him clean and hard in the stomach sending him flying like a cannonball before smashing and destroying the wall.

The ant queen stopped her assault her eyes focused on Shiro's soul which produced a literal copy of itself, though a small one at that compared to the original and a golden string can be seen connecting the two.

Shiro's soul is able to replicate its origin, the effect of his [Omni Adaptation] that responds to his humanly desire that hadn't vanished even after becoming a devil dragonoid, his desire to still be human in order to keep his emotions, mostly when it comes to his long gone parents and sister and not become a true monster.

So instead of just vanishing completely his soul decided to preserve this tiny bit of emotion and manifest it as a newfound origin that's still a part of him.

A hybrid monster human saint.

The ant queen wanted to inquire Sjiro about the changes but decided to kept her questions for later.

Timely dodging another attack Shiro immediately took a step back distancing himself and used 'Spatial Severance' infusing it with 'Destruction Essence' to initiate a counter-attack.

The ant queen reacted fast and tried to used teleportation to get out from the range of the attack but Shiro used [Causality Domination], [Space Time Manipulation] and [Law Domination] to counter against her [Spatial Domination] forcing her in place for a few seconds but that few seconds is enough to for the 'Spatial Severance' imbued with 'Destructive Essence' to reached her.

Pushed to the corner the ant queen immediately used [Ultra Acceleration] enhancing her already phenomenal speed even more as she successfully dodged the dangerous attack.

Unfortunately, for her Shiro was expecting such an outcome all along as his aim was for her to use the said extra skill, similar to how he saw her use it in his vision that was shown to him by his [Destiny Manipulation] leaving her open for a follow-up attack which she didn't expect.

Shiro using his 'Gate' to attack her from behind, his palm carrying a concentrated unstable ball of highly pure spatial essence 'Spatial Storm' a force surpassing that of a black hole, what's worse it was enchanted with the power of 'Shiva God Of Destruction' so defending is impossible.
