Martial cultivations are divided into eight realms before ascension which are:

Martial core: Not more different from the preceeding Realm most people with average aptitude can reach this height, the noticeable difference is martial core realm experts enjoy up to 150 years of lifespan.

Martial lord: The realm that separates the weak from the strong, many people with low aptitude have almost no chance of reaching this realm, they enjoy 300 years of lifespan.

Martial king: Upon reaching this realm one can be considered an expert among experts and can shatter mountains with just a punch or slay powrful monsters without breaking a sweat, they enjoy up to 500 years of lifespan.

Martial Emperor: Referred to as emperors as a sign of respect, upon reaching this realm they can rule small nations and decide the life and deaths of hundreds of millions , upon stepping into this realm one can harness spiritual energy and fly, They enjoy up to 1000 years of lifespan.

Nascent soul Realm: The realm of powerhouses capable of destroying entire nations with just a wave of their hands and possess their own domains where they are in control of everything, they can live up to 2500 years.

Exalted Saint Realm: As the name implies they are highly exalted in the lower realms, only a few monstrous level genius can reach this realm before their lifespans runout. and they are as rare as Phoenix feathers, they enjoy up to 5000 years of lifepan.

Transcendent Realm: The peak of the peak in the entire lower realms and one step away from ascending to higher realm, everyone else in lower realms are regardedas ants to this powerhouse irrespective of their status or age, they can live up to 20000 years.
