Teen Wolf: Hunter, Don't Shoot My Friend

Some people exist with pride, some fight with pride, some compete with pride, and some fail with pride, but few can quit with pride. Ethan is a hunter from the Winchester family; he considered himself a simple person for the great family he belonged to. If he has anything to say, he would say that he did not hunt because he was a hero but because he sought revenge. Those dark entities took someone special from him when he was younger; now, as an adult, he would return the favor with blood and silver. All of them would feel the poison of Aconitum napellus, better known as the wolf-killing plant. The real question is: would he live forever killing dark entities without remorse, or would he spend the rest of his days living a more human life? That is why he was sent to the city of Beacon Hills, California, where his students would be more than just teenagers. "Professor, not kill my friend; this is a dog that does not bite." Ethan looked at his students in horror, wondering whether to find them a new future as dark entities or simply give them eternal rest with his sword.

You Are Just Like Him

This conversation was quite difficult to handle. There wasn't much to discuss since Ethan was essentially telling the hunters not to fulfill their duty, even though he himself had once hunted down hundreds of dark entities without remorse before arriving here.

It was only natural for them to hate him; he wouldn't blame anyone for that. However, he believed that if he could accomplish what he had in mind, this town would become a peaceful place for many of the hunters who needed a break.

"If that's all, then I ask you to leave."

Ethan stood up and said, "I expect regular reports on your investigation. We won't deny your hunts if you find yourselves in compromised situations."

"Thank you, Ethan." Argent respected Ethan, but he was irritated by this sudden visit.

"We'll stay in contact. Save the night patrols for another time, Mr. Argent. Don't cause me any problems, and we'll all be fine," Ethan said as he left the Argent household, which had just recently moved in.

Chris watched Ethan's back and said, "I am a hunter too."

"Then you'll respond to the missions I'll lead from now on. They'll be a bit bloodier than what you're used to since I don't strictly follow the hunters' code," Ethan replied before exiting the house.

But with the rain pouring down, he didn't want to linger. As he was about to head to the truck that was waiting for him, he noticed a vehicle approaching the property.

"That's my daughter." Chris feared the situation might be misunderstood.

Ethan knew who it was, so he didn't wait to greet her. All he wanted was to return; his men, after all, needed rest before visiting Derek Hale tomorrow, who would be devastated by the loss of his older sister.

As he signaled everyone to get into the trucks, Victoria Argent, Chris's wife, asked, "Are we following the orders of the bloodthirsty Winchester now?"

"Victoria…"

"Everyone knows about him. He kills both supernatural beings and humans, and anything that gets in his way. He's been sanctioned many times. We should report this act to the S.G.C.," Victoria said, very upset with Ethan for stripping them of their rights as hunters.

It was easy for anyone to infer that Ethan had threatened them, but Chris knew there was nothing they could do. "He's a regent within the hunters' organization; there are only two regents, so we can't do anything."

"Your father was a regent too."

Chris nodded and said, "Yes, but he wasn't as strong as Ethan or Kiran. They've resolved category-level disaster-level problems, and that's why they hold the title of regent. We don't know why he's here, but if a regent is in this town, it's because there are things hidden here that we're unaware of."

"A regent in this town..."

"We have to be cautious. If a regent moves, we must obey their orders," Chris said, not wanting to discuss the matter further.

Alison had come in; she had had trouble accidentally hitting a dog with her car, but she had quickly resolved the situation by taking it to a clinic for treatment.

"Is something wrong?" Alison asked, having seen those black trucks leaving after they had arrived.

"Everything's fine…" Chris didn't want to involve his daughter in this world; he didn't want her to suffer the way he and so many others had.

Alison had seen people leaving the house, and the ground was even stained with numerous boot prints. Still, knowing that her father didn't want to say anything, she didn't insist.
