Chapter 47

Kai gives June a concerned look but stays quiet, he doesn't know what it's like being in his shoes, "Where are you going? Is it out of the country like your sister?"

June notes that Kai is asking out of genuineness than from a place of attempting to talk him out of his decision, but that doesn't mean he trusts him with this kind of information. He shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know, haven't decided yet."

Kai nods in understanding going to his room to sleep, he has school tomorrow but it was fun hanging out with June and his friends today.

He closes his eyes and his mind drifts to the sight of Ya and his classmates. The older men they were with all got arrested, what he wants to know is what they were doing hanging out with that crowd in the first place.

They are just lucky Mitsuko mistook them as friends that were helping to look for the missing child.
