Sally will never forget the moment she heard him say that.

She felt light-headed due to excitement but keep calm, afraid of offending Payne Blanc.

After respectfully requesting a quest from him, instantly her Menu Interface notifies her about the incoming quest.

As much as she wants to read it now, she held herself from doing so because Payne is still in front of her. For her, it is disrespectful to read it now while her benefactor is still around.

"Thank you for giving me an opportunity Mr. Payne. I wonder if this quest is considered a chain quest?"

Sally asked, hoping that it is a chain quest.

Hearing her, Payne stop for a moment and put his fingers on his chin, and ponder something.

At this moment, Sally's heart starts fluttering again. Every second passed seemed endless as she keeps waiting for his answer. Her body felt heavy and seemed like she was carrying something heavy on her slender shoulders.

And at last, Sally heaves a sigh of relief when Payne smiles at her "Of course, but it depends on your performance. If you can finish the quest, I will permit you to take on the chain quest I had in me."

Sally become dumbfounded. Did she hear it right? One of the chain quests he had? How many chain quests he stashed on himself? Is it possible?!

As far as she knows, only those NPC with an important role in the main storyline has many chain quests and different kind of solo quest they can offer to players. Maybe Payne Blanc is one of the few legendary NPCs?! Disguised as an ordinary man?! Whatever it is but if what he said is true, then they hit a jackpot! She hit a jackpot! Her core group hit the jackpot!

Not only her influence in her group will increase but her monthly salary in real life!

Her breathing started to turn haggard but she instantly calm herself. She must not do any unlady manner in front of Payne Blanc.

She didn't waste any seconds and quickly responded back "I will do everything on my end to satisfy your condition, Mr. Payne! I assure you that!"

"Good, then let's meet in the Midnight Inn around lunch. I will be there every day around that time so I expect to see you with your outstanding results."

Sally nodded her head repeatedly. Sensing that Mr. Payne is about to take his leave, she stops him.

This is her chance to get close to a possible legendary NPC in this game!

"Uhm! May I know what plans you have in mind today? If you don't mind me asking." She softly said as she ruffle some of the fallen string of her hair in her cheeks.

She saw that Payne was suddenly taken aback which made her smile inwardly.

Cough. Cough. "I am planning to visit some stores that buy weapons."

Hearing his reply, Sally clap her hand softly and voice out her idea while smiling "Oh! If you want I can show you around. I happened to familiarize every shop and stall in Central Plaza for my convenience. And it seems that it is also convenient for you Mr. Payne! Why won't you let me find a store for you? I know one just around the corner?"

"Oh! That would be great, please lead the way Ms."

"Apologies Mr. Payne. Where are my manners? I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Sally!"

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sally. Please lead the way."

"The pleasure's all mine, Mr. Payne. Please follow me."

She then walk forward and lead the way to one of the stores she knew.

What she said about familiarizing every shop and stall in the Central Plaza is all true. This is not part of the mission assigned to her but she always does this kind of thing just in case something happens. And it seems her hard work paid off!

She was able to get a bit closer to Payne Blanc! If she can hoard all the quests he can offer, then her future is set for good!

After turning left and a couple of minutes of walking, they stop in front of a big and well-known store in West Town.

This store sells almost everything, starting from clothing down to weapons and armor, wares, and other appliances except for food.

Sally opened the door and the wind chimes resounded as the door made contact with it.

A pretty store attendant greeted them with a wide smile "Good day! May I know how can I help you? If you are looking for material for beauty here? Or something we can offer for a gentleman here?"

Sally responded back with an amicable smile plastered on her face "Good day Miss. Mr. Payne here is wanted to sell some of his weapons, may we know if you want to buy them?"

"Of course, please follow me."

Sally and Payne follow the store attendant to one of the servers available in the store.

The store attendant gets a wide basket and placed it atop the server

"Please, place the weapon you want to sell so we can start the transaction."

Sally saw Payne put the weapon one by one which made her shocked.

Don't tell me Mr. Payne has a space duffle bag?! How could this be?!

Space duffle bags are one of the few rare items in this game. Just like the system inventory on every player's menu interface, this one offers the same mechanism but with a single difference.

A space duffle bag can offer an almost infinite space while the system inventory only offers a measly space for players.

This space duffle bag is introduced in the item archives of Kingdom but it should only appear when the storyline reaches the middle part of the whole story.

Then all the doubt from her mind suddenly vanished, because if an NPC is carrying a duffle bag, then it only means one thing.

Mr. Payne Blanc is one of the hidden experts or legendary experts in this game!

Inwardly, Sally thanks her mother and father that she was able to live in the world and play this virtual game so he can meet a legendary expert!

Seeing Payne has no stopping from putting Goblin Maces in the basket, Sally excuse herself as she cannot contain her happiness anymore!

She must share this happiness or else she would jump for joy right now in front of Payne Blanc.

After Payne nodded his head while putting Goblin Maces, she quickly went ahead and sit on the distant chair in the large store.

She quickly opens her interface and reads the Quest information.

-Have the Player look for a party member, a maximum of 6 players in a party, and kill 10 Level 5 Ogre in the nearby forest and get their Advanced Mace.

[Rewards] 18 Silver Coins. One Ring with HP Regenerative Ability (+5 HP regenerative ability every two seconds). One Ring with MP Regenerative Ability (+5 MP regenerative ability every two seconds). One Ring that has a 30% chance to block 15 damage. Ring of Accuracy (+15 Damage for Archer). Ring of Cape (+10 Intelligence). Ring of Stealth (+10% chance to deal critical damage).

-Have the Player kill 2 Level 5 Ogre in the nearby forest and get their Advanced Mace.

[The quest must be completed within 5 Days. If not, the issued quest will be deemed void and the Host cannot issue the same quest to the same player]

Seeing the rewards, Sally bites her tongue so she does not scream in delight!

She really hit a jackpot! The monetary rewards alone can bring their core group a month of advantage in coin farming among their peers.

But what made her heart flutter wildly is the items and their effect!

This! If she is able to wear that Ring of Accuracy! She can easily kill five goblins in an instant! Even at level, she can accomplish killing 3 Goblins instantly!

Due to her emotion slowly reaching their peak, she had a hard time commanding her Menu Interface!

Lina is currently wandering about inside the City, while doing so, she thought about the NPC that her best friend told her about.

Hmm. If that Payne Blanc is a real deal, we cannot let the opportunity escape. But even so, I won't leave this beautiful city just to take a quest from NPC. The quest rewards vary not only from their difficulty but also from where the quest originated.

If the quest is triggered in City, then the quest rewards are much better compared to town. But the downside is the difficulty is harder compared to the latter.

So the Capital City as well, the quest rewards are tremendous compared to the quest triggered in the city.

That is why Lina didn't hesitate to object to the idea of her best friend switching their base operation to West Town if she is able to trigger a quest from a mysterious Payne Blanc.
