Michael dies and wishes to gain a system that allows him to gain points to unlock anime eye abilities. The Origin God granted it without truly thinking how broken some eyes may be. ________ It's my first piece so don't expect too much (Help me with the story. I wanna see how far it goes)
Michael was floating away in the void without a destination. He was thinking about the life he hadn't asked but was granted. He had always been a weak and fragile boy.
From his earliest memories he was always visiting the hospital. Eventually he was diagnosed with a disease that could only lead him to death. Soon after that his parents had another child and gradually stopped caring about him, leaving him in the hospital with no one to care for him. He didn't really blame them, after all why use a defective product when you have a working one.
One day a nurse introduced him to manga and anime and he was immediately hooked. That was all he could do anyways. On his 15th birthday his illness reached the critical stages and he died a few months later.
Thinking about it know, he knew he had fallen into a coma for the last few weeks. Although he wasn't conscious during most of the time, his death was sadly one of the things he managed to hear. He knew his parents didn't care, but he didn't expect them to be so calm discuss his state. Especially since they were the one's who told the doctors to pull the plug.
Now here he was, floating in the infinite expanse of nothingness. It felt strangely calming to him, almost as if he was home. All he had were his thoughts and instead of being brought to insanity, it brought him to a sense of enlightenment. God knows how long he spent floating in there.
The Origin God sensed his soul gradually diminishing instead of reincarnating and was confused. How could a soul from such a weak realm survive within the void for so long. He decided to grant him a few wishes and see if the being could grant him some entertainment.
God: Oi, kid wake up.
Michael: Huh... Why'd you wake me up?
God: If I didn't, your soul would have vanished.
Michael: I see... so now what?
God: Not curious about where you are, or maybe who I am?
Michael: What does it matter? Anyways, since I'm still here you must have a purpose?
God: 'How peculiar indeed' Well how would you like me to grant you a few wishes?
Michael: Free of charge?
God: What could you give me anyways.
Michael: Fair point. So mind letting me know how many wishes I have?
God: I'll give you 7 wishes.
Michael: Then I wish to have a body that can't get sick or cursed. I'm sick of laying in bed. Can I get body that also has unlimited potential and can adapt very quickly? I also wish to get stronger in battle. Can I also have a system? Can I also choose a few martial arts? And maybe 2 growth type weapons?
God: The others are fine but the system one needs changing. After all I'm not allowed to give you a lot more power than what is allowed in the world you'll be going to. Rules need to be followed.
Michael: How about a system that only displays my status and can only by eyes from anime and manga? And how about a guide, something like Great Sage from I Reincarnated as a Slime?
God: That's it? Well that makes it way easier, there's not much you can do anyways. Well it's time to send you off.
Michael: Thanks for the opportunity. Hope I don't see you soon.
