Accepeting the reality

Most people left only a few remains. According to sect rule, one has to be in qi refining stage six before the age of sixteen which is also known as late qi refining stage. The ones that remained are the ones that have no other option but to remain in the sect as they don't have any means to cultivate and by staying in the sect they still get some monthly salary which is better than nothing.
