Chapter 03

"Finally the smelting process is nearly the final stage as converting your souls in your bodies takes far more time than it should. It is bothersome having to talk to weapons like this while they are being smelted. Maybe that is the next thing we should improve upon" the servant said annoyed.

When the servant saw their bodies started to harden as they were their bodies continued to heat up to the point where they were glowing from just how hot their bodies at least had become a blinding light that illuminated the area so much that it overpowered every other source of light in the room to the point where one would not have even been able to tell there were lights in this room at this point.

When Kate regain her consciousness or at least what she assumed had been what happened. After all, they had already been summoned to another weapon in flash once already. Was it possible they were transported somewhere else either within this world or somehow returned to their old one?

After all, if it was possible to be summoned to this world and then be returned to their original world. It might be a thing that is a possibility no matter how improbability it is. Since an improbability does not mean an impossibility.

Shaking that thought for now as hoping too much with reason could lead to her being unable to cope with reality and not being what she wants.

For now, Kate found herself inside of a white void. Though the first thing that she wanted to make sure of after realizing this and accepting it for now. That would the location of her sister. They were still holding hands when everything when blank after they could no longer move their bodies anymore.

"Lina" Kate called out in a voice that she hoped sounded strong as she did not want to worry her sister any more than she must have already been.

Though all around Kate were the people that were on the plane that vanished with them. Not just the few that were in the room they were previously in either but all of them this time around.

Kate could see that many of those that were split apart before were having reunions once again. Their state of dress was not the issue at the moment as just knowing they were nowhere with them was enough to put one of everyone that had been reunited worries too easily.

"Kate" Lina asked confused as the two sisters were still holding hands yet it was interesting they did not notice this until they called out each other's names.

Everyone from the plane then started split up into groups where some were trying to find out where they were now and why it was seemingly just a white void. Some are just too focused on being reunited with those they were split from previously. Even a group that was plotting to get back at those that brought them here merely to be used as if they were property and not considered human like their capturers were.

Then where they seemed to be nothing once before now a huge mountain before them and underneath them, the ground was seemingly the same color as the mountain now too.

Shock and horror then spread through their group once again as those that were in the same group as Kate and Lina once again seem to vanish though some realized what was going on. After all, those that vanished were holding on to them at the time and thus they find them on the ground itself.

People with fast enough quick enough reaction times were not able to see what happened directly see what happen clearly at least since it happened so fast. However, they were aware that everyone that vanished just now had apparently vanished into the ground. Once they did that they vanished completely leaving no traces of them behind.

Panic was ensuing as those that remained were assaulting the ground in various with demands for having those that swallowed up by it to be returned at once. At least those lucky enough to have someone care about them. Others just started running away like as if they were not trying to stick around in this place anymore. At the very least they were not going to be staying around here anymore.

They attempted to run away from the mountain in the opposite direction however those that ran rather than attempt to help those that had been fully absorbed by the ground. They did not get far as the mountain they were trying to run from seeming teleport from behind them to in front of them in an instant.

Unable to stop themselves from the instantaneous movement of the mountain they ran straight into it. However, there was no crashing sound as they instead become stuck to the mountain which when one took a better look noticed that it was not a smooth mountain at all. It only looked at that from a distance as in reality while it was in the shape of a mountain. It was actually was entirely made of people that were seemingly fused to form it. Countless bodies visible as merely outlines perfectly fused as a single mass that merely took shape of a mountain.

A feeling of dread ran throughout Kate's body as she noticed that now everyone that was left they were no longer around there anymore as looking at the mass of people merely in a mountain shape. She could make out others that were around her a mere moment ago.

"Lina we have to go now," Kate said as she tried to move yet feel resistance as she feels to the ground.

'No...No...No' she thought as she was clearly standing a moment earlier thus her sister was still with her as her hand was still being held. She could not feel it as there was a hand holding hers.....a cold hand that all of a sudden felt void of any kind of warmth.
