30.) His Great Return!

Di'Angelos: "G-Gaia!? W-What are you doing here? And you… I actually do know you. You're Lady Amiyama, his… his wife."

Amiyama: "It would seem you're a lot more connected to him than your two halves…" How is that? But as for why she's here, well."

Gaia: "I'm here for the same reason she is. We need to tell them who and what they are so that his essence and consciousness can be recognized and given control. So for that to happen… you'll have to unfuse and let us speak with them."

Amiyama: "Will you do that for us, Di'Angelos?"

Di'Angelos: "O-Of course Lady Amiyama and Lady Gaia. *Kneel* I'll happily unfuse myself for you two. I'm sure we'll meet again very soon. Even "he" says so. So I've no qualms with this."

Gaia: "Thank you. *Set* I'll see you soon Sir Di'Angelos "The Gray"."

Amiyama: "Indeed., *Nod*

Di'Angelos: "Hmph. *Grin* And with this… I break the unity." *POOF*

Diablos: "What the!?"

Angelos: "Huh!?"

Gaia: "Ah. Hello there, boys. My name is Fluorescent Gaia Senkozen II, and this here is Amiyama Crimsonburst, the wife to Death II."

Angelos: "G-Gaia…"

Diablos: "And… Lady Amiyama. W-What would the likes of you need with us?"

Gaia: "Hmph."

MorZick: "So it would seem the time has come, brother."

Zenki: "Ah. Brother MorZick. It's been too long! *Hug* *Pat* *pat* *pat* And yes! You are correct. The final gate will finally return to us. Your son is quite the bothersome one for this. Why go so far?"

MorZick: "Psh. Don't ask me, brother. That's your damn nephew."

Zenki: "Ha! You're hilarious as usual, brother! Though it would seem your son is doing battle with the young Phoenix Prince, then you've got your two other sons beaming here at the highest of speeds. Is that boy the exchange student?"

MorZick: "Hahahahaaa! All my damn sons are going to be here at once. It's been eons since that's happened! Ah, but yes, this is young Silvio! I believe you brought his uncle with you?"

Zenki: "Boy. Over there." *Point*

Zenki points over to Zo'Elgor, who was conversing with Dante, Kishin, and the others.

Silvio: "Ah, thanks, Lord Zenki! I'll be right back master. I want to tell my uncle about my training with my guide."

MorZick: "Alright, young Silvio, take your time. Enjoy yourself and prepare for this spectacle. Hmm, are you not going to go and speak with Demetri and your generals?"

Fong Flametress: "Oh, I will in a second. I just… want to see him return first. I'm guessing you not saying hello to your son and others is because of this very reason."

MorZick: "Hmph! Perceptive as usual young one. Then, look onward with we four and be amazed by his presence."

Zigorim: (I wonder what Gaia had to say that not even I am allowed to hear.)

Gaia: "First off. I'll break the ice with the biggest hammer I can. You two… are Death II."

Diablos: "What-"

Angelos: "That's… impossible."

Amiyama: "No, it isn't -"

Angelos: "Then why the hell haven't we turned into him when we fuse!? Huh!?"

Gaia: "Simple. You two have rejected the thought of being someone else entirely. I believe it's because you fear your existence being erased and forgotten. But that fear is irrational."

Angelos: "Tch! How would you know that?"

Diablos: "Hm?"

Gaia: "I've been watching your movements for the last thousand years. Keeping tabs on you and updating Amiyama, amongst many others on your whereabouts and movements."

Diablos: "I knew I wasn't crazy. I've always felt the presence of someone watching me from somewhere. You're actually serious about us being Death, aren't you?"

Amiyama: "Yes, yes, we are Diablos."

Angelos: "Damn! *Squeeze* If that's true, then our freedom will be ripped away."

Amiyama: "That's not true -"

Gaia: "Yes. That is the case with our Self Split technique."

Amiyama: "G-Gaia!"

Diablos: "D-Darn. That means we'll be inside of his body while he ventures out. Huh?"

Gaia: "Yes. Don't be dumb you two. I mean, it might be a bit late for that, though. You were idiotic enough not to realize HellBlazer was the same as you. A Self Split being."

Diablos: "H-HellBlazer too!?"

Angelos: "Tch! I knew there was something too familiar about him."

Gaia: "Yes, but i want you two not to fret. Giving him back the reigns won't mean you'll never be back. You'll forever be summoned for battle and reconnaissance. The technique was made to further our growth using the powerful links with the beings we create. Using our essence, imagination, and power of creation, all divine beings have. Knowing him."

Amiyama: "Heh."

Gaia: "He'll definitely bring you guys out. Plus, letting him take the wheel and reforming will allow you to grow exponentially. As well as gain the knowledge and experience of your creator. But best of all, you can get the chance to bond greatly with him and see the omniverse through his eyes. You'll always be free even when within Death, himself."

Diablos: "Ah… I understand then. We are literally him as he is us, but he lives in existence through different souls and personalities." 

Angelos: "Uh- (If that's the case. Then, we should stop rejecting this welling presence within us. It is better to make bonds with him than have him force control once he gains enough power.) F-Fine. I'll cease my rejection of his presence."

Diablos: "I as well. I find it much better to bring him back to this realm. Plus, from what he says… only he should stop Haydes. Not Di'Angelos."

Gaia: "Ah. You two are such wonderful Halves. *Smooch* *smooch* As I said to Di'Angelos, and I'm sure Shiishii is saying the same. You'll be back out here very soon."

Angelos: "Right."

Diablos: "Indeed. But before I go. I'm bout to spark up this last blunt. Shiishii ain't getting this."

Gaia: "... Well shit. Don't be stingy, lil Diablos. Let me hit it, too."

Amiyama: "Uh yeah, I'll have to dabble in those escapades as well."

Angelos: "Bruh, don't look this way. You know I'm blowing big Godly gas, and I'm matching that. *Fwip* Shiishii sure aint hitting this. Hahaaaa." *Flick* *Flick*

Diablos: *Inhale* "Damn right, brotha." *Exhale* 

Gaia: "I got a spare for when he's out. But I do have to say, you two went through hell just to stay away from each other. Diablos repeatedly fought for years in territory uncharted to those not authorized. Angelos hid for centuries, avoiding people who knew who the two of you were and wanted you dead."

Diablos: "Yeah. It truly sucked those first few hundred years after leaving that sanctuary we were brought forth in. People kept after me always referring to me as "Death's demise." I never understood it, or rather… I just didn't want to believe it. *Inhale* Here, Gaia."

Gaia: "Thanks."

Angelos: "Yeah. I was always fighting to survive in the vast cosmos… and this is only one quadrant of this Colossaverse. So vast, yet everyone seemed to want to avoid death's return. A bunch of selfish folk who hated the idea of balance returning. They did nearly anything to try and end me. One even blew himself and half a solar system away in an attempt to end me."

Amiyama: "That's not a life anyone should be living. God, Non-Mortal or even mortal. It's not right. *Inhale* *Exhale* Here Diablos."

Gaia: "Indeed, it was never right, and I had wanted to swoop in and grab you, but every time I got close. Both you and even Shiishii's own essence would scream for no one to help. I could never wrap my head around his damn stubborn attitude and ways of handling things. Seems you two are the same."

Diablos: "Yeah. Many instances of nearing death and coming back to finally get here. It was quite the thousand year journey."

Gaia: "Seems so. But its not like you guys can die. You just lose your physical form and return to us in a literal instant. You guys were never in danger. You were just that bent on not allowing the truth of being one person come true."

Angelos: "Uh… u-uh, well damn. She's right man."

Diablos: "Indeed she is brotha. But these blunts are nearly gone. It's almost time to return to our true form. He's growing impatient."

Angelos: "Yeah. He can wait a few more minutes, though."

Diablos: Yeah, you're right."

Gaia: *Stare* "PFFFT!"

Amiyama: "Hahahahaaaaa!"

Gaia : "On my life, hehehahaha! They're really just like him. Ah, I love you two."

Both: "We love you too, Gaia."

The four of them finished their smoking as Diablos and Angelos prepared to rejoin and bring forth Shiishii. As they were doing so, Hideaki, Curti, and Thermias had arrived and joined the group. They all got re-familiar with one another as they anticipated the rebirth of Death II.

Hideaki: "Father. I can feel him. His presence is so potent now that it's basically like he's back already. They must be getting ready to join back together for real this time."

Zenki: "Yes, yes indeed. I shall ask you all to settle down and pay attention!"

MorZick: "They've recognized his presence and give it the reigns. All that's left is to fuse."

Zigorim: "Seems as though -"

Amir: "They're performing the fusion now."

Kishin: "Hmmmm."

Miamori: "Huh? What's this feeling."

Tailee: "I-I don't know, but it's cold and dark. Overwhelming, too."

Demetri: (Is this…)

Kitiro: …

Joe: "What… In the world is going on here!?"

Kaguro: "The stars and celestial bodies all around are vanishing from this weird essence I'm feeling."

Kimichi: (There you go, Amiyama. Get him back!)

Sonya: (I don't think Joe has noticed, but that's coming from Angelos and Diablos.)

Haydes: *FWITIINNG* "Son of a bitch. This essence… it's his without a doubt."

Aiyama: "Ha! Bout time the man returns. Good for her."

All present within universe 9 could feel it clearly. The presence of Death II. His return was finally here and the members of Strife as well as his close friends were all eccentric.

Diablos: "In the afterlife… we guide the wicked, the weak, the strong, the pure… yes we guide them all to their Utopia."

Angelos: "In doing so we keep the balance afloat within the cosmos. We are…"

Both: "Death." *FWIPEEEWW*

Amiyama: "So it's finally come. He's finally… returning to us." *sniffle*

Gaia: "Hehe. Most indubitably so. And boy has his power grown."

MorZick: "The signal is being sent. I expect all four of my son's to welcome him back with the Five Gate Symphony."

Zenki: "Heh. Kishin's already on it."

Kishin: "I… open the gate of Plague!"

Kishin brings forth a tower of essence purely made of Plague particles. Its a beacon that Morzick's Five Gates have come together at last.

Beeso: "Yo Vashjai, Tristan… isn't this essence signal, Shiishii's?"

Tristan: "Yeah. It would seem they've succeeded in bringing him back. We need to hurry-"

Vashjai: "Wait. I have to tend to a promise I made when Morpheus was born."

Beeso: "Oh… fasho."

Tristan: "Hmm."

Vashjai: "I… invoke the gate of Famine." *HwiTOOOOO*

Beeso: "Woah…"

Tristan: (They're bringing forth the five pillars huh. Wonder if Haydes will assist.)

Haydes: "Damn. He's back after all. Guess it can't be helped, I've gotta keep my word to father. I… command the gate of War. (Now all that's left is Morpheus.)

Zo'Elaniece: "Ah! He's back!!"

Zoshen: "He?? You mean Death II? Is he behind the cosmic bodies disappearing and this ominous, overwhelming energy?"

Zo'Elaniece: "Yes to all of those little bro."

Amera: (I can finally meet MorZick and the rest of his sons. If I could learn as much as I have from Morpheus. They'd probably be a hundred times better at least.)

Malikai: ...

Morpheus: "It's time to send my signal out. I… bring forth the gate of Strife."

And the final signal was sent out to signify the return of the fifth and final gate, Death. 

Gaia: "Well would you look at that. The signals have been sent out by the other four gates. Now we finally have Plague, War, Famine, Strife and the eldest of the five. Death."

Shiishii: "Gaia and Amiyama."

Gaia: "Hmm?"

Amiyama: "Yes… dear?"

Shiishii: "Thank you both for reminding them of what they are- no, what we are."

Gaia: "No problem Shii."

Amiyama: "It was nothing baby. Just… really good to have you back Shii." *Sob*

Shiishii: "Good to be back, babe. Now I believe the gates have been opened by my younger brothers. Would be rude of me not to follow. I… call upon the gate of Death."

A massive pillar of black light burst forth from Shiishii and met at a single point. The lights formed a massive shield that was bigger than Solar System 9 itself. This had meant that the coming of Death was finally upon us. Upon the whole Omniverse even. 

Amiyama: "It's official."

MorZick: "My eldest son… has finally returned to us."

Zenki: "Yes. Finally, he's back and even better than before. The battle between he and Haydes will commence soon."

Hideaki: "Indeed. I just wonder… who's going to win this time and settle it all."

Thermias: "More than likely… that boa Shii."

Curti: "I agree. *Clap* *Clap* *Bump* *Snap* Good to see you again, Thermias."

Thermias: "Likewise."

ZeeArc: "Guys… he's making a move."

Shiishii: "And now that that's been settled. Time to give a celebratory yell. *INHALE*… I call for… STRIIIIIIIIIIIIFFFEE!!!".

A mighty yell was released from Shiishii. Sending his essence and presence beyond the confines of universe 9 and stretched out as far as 5 universes. 

Kishin: "Now that's what I call a celebratory yell."

MorZick: "De Gahwardian way."

Divina: "With that kind of yell. I could only guess he's ready to fight. Are we to follow if he heads for Haydes?"

Kishin: "Yeah. Or at least I will. I wish to see the fight."

Divina: "Alright. Sounds good."

Shiishii: "Well. I can already tell y'all are gonna follow me to my battle grounds. So. Let's go see Haydes Gaia."

Gaia: "I'll be right behind you.".

Shiishii: "Ok. See you there then. *Step* *PEW* 

Haydes: "Hm…" Well, that's definitely a nostalgic feel. Welcome back... It's been quite a while, brother Shiishii." *Glare*

Shiishii: "Yes, it has, man. Yes, it has. Have you been well, Haydes?"

Haydes: "I've been as good as a God could get. I'm hoping this has been a blissful return so far."

Shiishii: "It has. It just… sucks we'll have to do what it is we're about to do. Are you sure we have to go this route, little bro?"

Haydes: "Shiishii, as a brother. I love you more than anything in this existence of ours. You're truly an astounding god, but… you boast the role of Death. Meaning you're one of the two people that restrict me in this realm. And ever so call the shots on when it is I'll die. Shit you can even decide where. And for that… I'll crush you, Death!"

Shiishii: "So it's the same thing even now, huh?  Then I guess… I'll have to defeat you for good this time, bro. Prepare yourself!!!"

The return of Death has finally come to pass. The omniverse has a new sense of balance again. The final bout between Haydes and Shii will decide what's to come. Just who'll win!?
