Chapter seventeen:

"Ailyn Vel will lead the 501st on an assault on the facility." Said the commanding officer through his comlink. Ailyn Vel was speaking through a comlink device. "Everyone fan out across the landing docks." Said Ailyn Vel. The troopers did what they were told.

"I just hope that Rey Palpatine and her apprentice Cale Lestin can open the security doors before all the troops die." Said Ailyn Vel.

A Clone troopers head rolled across the ground at Bosses feet. "I want this area cleaned up Deltas." Said Boss.

Cale Lestin and Rey Palpatine was on the computers looking through the network trying to find the control room. "Delta squad." Rey Palpatine yelled. The Delta squad then formed around Rey Palpatine and her apprentice Cale Lestin in a matter of seconds.

"This center of the facility is located here. I want Boss, Sev, and Fixer to get a sample of the cloning DNA and go to the control room, while Scorch, Cale and I destroy the cloning room." Said Rey Palpatine.

"Yes ma'am, they replied. Fixer, Sev and Boss was already down the hall by the time Rey Palpatine and her apprentice Cale Lestin stood up. "Let's go Scorch." Said Rey Palpatine.

Ailyn Vel was talking through a headset to a Commander onboard the Supremacy. "Our reinforcements are down by twenty. Kylo Ren will not be happy Bounty Hunter." Said the Commander.

"Listen up Commander." Replied Ailyn Vel. "Kylo Ren put me in charge personally. So if you have a problem with the way I work then take your complaints to Kylo Ren." Said Ailyn Vel. Ailyn Vel turned off her comlink, mad as hell. "Maybe I should just leave the troopers here to die." She said to herself.

Although she did like Rey Palpatine and her apprentice Cale Lestin.

"Strong, heroic, and kind. Just the way I like them." Ailyn Vel said to herself.

Cale Lestin and Rey Palpatine deflected another blast bolt towards a Clone trooper and slashed the first two. Just around the corner was the Cloning room. Suddenly Cale Lestin and Rey Palpatine felt a disturbance in the Force.

They then turned around to see a Clone trooper with a chain gun then they saw Scorch about to get shot by the trooper. Cale Lestin then Force Jumped in front of Scorch and centered himself with Force Barrier.

With a few flicks of Anakin Skywalker's blue lightsaber the blast were deflected back. One had somehow managed to get past Anakin Skywalker's blue lightsaber and wounded Scorch in the leg, and Cale Lestin turned around to see Scorch on the floor holding his leg, and blood was gushing out of it.

"Leave me Empress Rey Palpatine. It's only a flesh wound I'll get over it." Said Scorch. Rey Palpatine was heading to the door when she remembered. "No this is what the old me would have done. Not the Jedi Master that I have become." Rey Palpatine said to herself.

Rey Palpatine then Force Healed Scorch's leg and threw him over her shoulders. "Leave me Empress Rey Palpatine if you don't you will certainly be killed." Said Scorch.

"Then I'll take that chance." Replied Rey Palpatine. When Cale Lestin and Rey Palpatine entered the room, Cale ignited Anakin Skywalker's blue lightsaber and Rey Palpatine ignited her yellow lightsaber and deflected the blasts, while they did this Cale Lestin used Force Grip to grab all the thermal detonators on Scorch's belt and threw them at the Cloning pods and the life support system.

The machines blew up taking a couple of Clone troopers with them. Scorch started to speak to Boss through his comlink. "Delta squad I've been hit. We need back up. Repeat we need back up." Said Scorch.

"07 go help 62." Said Boss.

"Right away Boss." Replied 07. Boss then turned to Fixer. "Let's finish this demolition Delta." Said Boss.

"Yes, sir." Replied the Delta squad.

As Cale Lestin and Rey Palpatine walked out the door they saw Sev running towards them. "Are you alright Empress Rey Palpatine and Cale Lestin?" Asked Scorch.

"Yes soldier. Where is Delta 38?" Asked Rey Palpatine.

"He's still in the center room Empress Rey Palpatine." Replied Sev.

"Then stop talking and give us some cover fire." Said Cale Lestin. They then walked up the hallway while Sev was shooting the Clone troopers behind them. When they arrived to the control room it was already demolished. "Good to see you Empress Rey Palpatine and Cale Lestin." Said Boss.

"Did you get the Cloning samples that we asked for?" Asked Cale Lestin.

"Yes." Replied Boss. Fixer was over at a barely working console and said. "Bad news the Dark trooper's have found out where we are and are sending about hundred troops this way." Said Fixer. Sev then walked over and gave some bacta to Scorch. Scorch then got up on his feet and lifted his rifle.

"Why is it that we always get the hard jobs?" Asked Scorch.

"Because we are the best of the best Delta." Said Boss. "If I'm going out, it's with a bang." Replied Scorch. Rey Palpatine then said to all of them. "Scorch is right this is where we make our stand. Our last stand. I want to die with a lightsaber in my hands. What about you?" Asked Rey Palpatine.

They all replied. "Yes ma'am."
