The Jeju Island raid came to an end. Only three hours and everything was done and dusted.
Not only the Queen ant and the nest was destroyed but the humanoid ant which came out to be the strongest resident of the island, was also annihilated thoroughly by the newly re-evaluated S-rank hunter—Sung Jin-Woo.
The hunter saw, the nation saw and the whole world witnessed the terrifying might of the Korean Hunters and most specifically the unparalleled strength the two new unknown S-ranked hunters carried.
Haruka Nanase and Sung Jin-Woo had become a sensation around the globe even though just half an hour had passed since the raid was declared to be a success.
Who knew that a teenage high school boy and someone who was regarded as one of the weakest hunters just some weeks ago would be able to pull off something like this?
It wasn't just a raid that saved many people's lives but a statement to the world that Korea was no longer a feeble country to be trampled upon. They were strong and still had the pillars to back their country and save the citizens whenever the world would fall into chaos.

"Good work, guys. I am glad no one received any major injuries...right, Miss Cha?" Haru asked with his brows raised since he heard Cha Hae-In getting injured by Beru earlier but since an S-rank healer was nearby, Haru didn't bother using his Regrowth.
Hearing his comment, Cha Hae-In nodded with slight embarrassment since it seemed she was the only one who needed serious medical attention amongst the team.
While it wasn't the truth since Haru repaired the other three hunters quite many times, nobody brought it up.
"Are you fine now?" Jin-Woo asked Cha Hae-In a voice that only both of them could hear to which the blond swordswoman nodded a bit shyly before adding, "Yeah...thank you for asking...and defending me... "
Thanks to the fact that others were engaged in chatting about their experience and such that no one noticed how her white skin was being dyed with a crimson shade.
Jin-Woo raised his brows seeing the reaction and the rare smile tugged at her lips which made him look at her for longer than he should have but soon he coughed and redirected his gaze to the front as he responded in a neutral tone, "It was nothing. I just did what anyone would have done. "
Jin-Woo didn't notice but Cha Hae-In's expression shifted slightly upon hearing that. She glanced at him for once but noticing how nonchalantly he said that she didn't continue the topic.
There was no point in making things awkward between them...Cha Hae-In muttered inwardly.
"Ah, Sunbae before I forget." As Haru said, he raised his hand before from under the rubles a scraped ball of nothing but organic yet dead insects emerged and landed just some meters away from the group.
"You really didn't show any mercy to them... " Jin-Woo sighed as he made his way toward the scrap ball with Haru beside him.
"And are you the one who could say that after beating the pulp out of that pitiful ant who hurt Hunter Cha? Oh, by the way, the nice impression you made on her. It came a bit unexpected from you, Sunbae."
"Wait...what? I made an impression...? But I didn't do anything by going out of my way tho.... "
"That's what it called unspoken rizz, Sunbae." Jin-Woo was flabbergasted being patted on the back by his junior like he did something to be praised about.
Regardless, the duo went toward the loads of ants before Jin-Woo poured them into his shadow army real quick. The visuals were now all over the globe that Jin-Woo could create summons out of the dead. A realization that dawned upon Jin-Woo a little too late.
Meanwhile, Haru was thinking of something concerning Jin-Woo's growth that must have been slowed down now that Haru was getting involved in every canon scenario.
'Should I bring him to the Floors?' The idea seemed efficient since the floors would get tougher from here on and it would help Jin-Woo to grow exponentially as well.
However, there was a lot to contemplate about as well. To disclose things about the system and Gates of Divination...yeah, as Haru thought, it was not a great idea.
'Hmmm...what should I do?' Haru was pondering to himself while Jin-Woo was deciding the names of the new Ant Generals while the other hunters leisurely chatted, waiting for Jin-Woo to finish up.
It was then that suddenly the air around the Jeju-do began to shift. There was a sudden chilliness blended in the air but it was so faint that only Haru and Jin-Woo were able to feel the change.
They both glanced at each other with a frown knitting their brows as Haru said, "You felt that?"
Jin-Woo nodded as he said, "A suppressed aura."
Both of them began searching for the surroundings but nothing came in their sight.
Haru soon took off his glasses and activated his [Elemental Sight]. He was soon connected with the information dimension where nothing was hidden from him.
It didn't take long before Haru's eyes widened as his vision caught a glimpse of something that shouldn't have appeared as of now.
"Hunter Cho!" Haru's shout reached the group a little too late since suddenly out of nowhere a huge claw appeared behind and gnashed deep cuts on Choi Jong-In's back.
"Gah!!" The elemental mage staggered forward as he felt a major part of his back being clawed out with that assault.
All the other hunters, despite being shocked by the sudden turn of events, took a fighting stance with their shields and weapons ready to engage. Min Byung-Gyu already was in the process of healing the injured when suddenly he saw his hands and legs freezing up under literal ice.
Suddenly the atmosphere around the island turned heavy and cold as from thin air three entities walked out.
It was getting difficult to even breathe properly for the hunters as they gazed upon the tall humanoid monsters wearing thin smiles and a deadly aura surrounding their demeanor.
Jin-Woo looked on guard whereas Haru was in slight shock.
[Vessel of Shadow Monarch and the Anomaly...]
Without knowing what they said, Haru knew that the bastard elf was talking about him and Jin-Woo as he heard its ominous voice reverberating once again.
[...we have come to claim your pitiful lives. Surrender or fight, the conclusion would remain the same-]
Before the Frost Monarch could finish saying his opening lines, he saw the Anomaly disappearing in the blink of an eye, and an astronomical amount of killing intent suddenly emerging on his back, sending a chill down the Frost Monarch's back.
The Monarchs have appeared and Haru would make sure to make them disappear from existence as well.

A/N: - Guess the other two monarchs. Well, it's easy.
Sorry for the delay. I am working on my light novel these days so yeah, a lot of work.
I will upload another chapter this week hopefully and I hope not everyone feels that this fanfic has become boring.
Since I don't earn a single penny from writing ff, it's given that I would consider my original works as my priority.
Even so, I would try my best to write at least two chapters weekly. If you don't like the story or feel the upload rate is annoying you, then just look for something else.
It takes almost two hours to write and review a chapter and for you to write a comment, only ten seconds. If you can't appreciate someone's work, please don't demotivate them.
Well anyway, drop a comment if you guys liked the chapter ~
