Week Before College

Etsuko-" Is something wrong with calling him dad?"

Ezekiel-" Ya know. I don't feel like sharing my private life with you right now"

Etsuko-" Right! Sorry about that"

(Ezekiel grabs his camera and gets ready to leave the room)

Etsuko-" Where you going?"

Ezekiel-" Work"

(Ezekiel leaves the room before letting Etsuko speak. He walks over to the creative director's[CD] office and knocks. She lets him in)

CD-" Ezekiel! Heard you joined the team"

Ezekiel-" Mn"

CD-" You need something?"

Ezekiel-" I'd just like to know the concept you have for DNE"

CD-" Planing on taking some inspiring pictures are we?"

Ezekiel-" Affirmative"

(The Creative Director laughs before giving her response)

CD-" I'm thinking a bit old-school for this group. Some neon, skater, retro vision comes to mind. See if you can find any of that in Tokyo. I'm sure It could be easy for you"

Ezekiel-" I'll see. Thank you"

(Ezekiel walks out. He glances back at Etsuko in his office to make sure she wasn't doing anything stupid in there. She notices. He looks at her with an intimidating look before leaving the department and eventually the building. He knew exactly where to head too. He drives over to the skatepark, not knowing Mei and the team would be there. He arrives and meets Mei at a corner)

Mei-" Ezekiel?! What are you doing here?"

(Ezekiel smiles and rubs her head)

Ezekiel-" Her sis. I'm here to take some pictures for a new singing groups inspiration"

Mei-" Hey~ I'm not some little kid ya know. You're only like, 3 years older than me"

Ezekiel-" You still skateboard"

Mei-" Hmph! At least I'm successful in it though. I got a rider all the way from Texas to come here"

Ezekiel-" Now that's surprising. Definitely not true"

Mei-" Yes it is. She's right there!"

(Mei points up at the top of the ramp where Lynnon and Riku stood)

Riku-" Hurry up you scardy cat"

Lynnon-" Ok ok!"

(Ezekiel and Mei watch as Lynnon did one of their hardest routines flawlessly)

Mei-" Lynnon!"

(Mei's shout ends up scaring Lynnon and making her fall, messing her up)

Team-" MEI!~"

Mei-" oopsies"

Lynnon-" What the hell Mei! I was on a roll"

(Ezekiel laughs, loud enough only for Mei to hear next to him)

Ezekiel-" Good choice sis"

(Mei punches Ezekiel in the shoulder)

Mei-" She's good, I swear"

Ezekiel-" Sure. Cya later"

(Ezekiel walks off to photograph other skaters around the park. After practice, the team goes to get ramen)

Lynnon-" Damn. I think I might have to repaint my board because of SOMEONE"

Mei-" I said sorry but... you paint boards?!"

Oda-" Yeah. I agree"

Lynnon-" Oh. I love art. I do it all the time. I'm planning on doing classes in college for it"

Akira-" ooo~ Can you paint mine?"

Riku-" Yeah. Me too. ME TOO!"

(One by one, the team members request that their skateboards are painted and Lynnon agrees. On her way home, she buys all kinds of paint and paint materials to help her paint the boards. A few days go by, and Ezekiel has come up with some good pictures for DNE. He heads over to the building where DNE practiced. The creative director was there watching the team to get more of an idea for their theme. She hears the door open behind her above the loud music playing)

CD-" Oh. You bring the inspo for me?"

Ezekiel-" Mhm"

(Ezekiel sits next to the creative director and presents the lot of photos he had with him. Most, the creative director liked but suddenly, they hear the music stop. They look up to see DNE's manager walking up to them. He looks down at the picture spread out on their laps)

Manager-" What is this garbage?"

Ezekiel-" Excuse me?"

Manager-" This your work? My, you should be fired immediately. This concept is horrible"

CD-" Why don't you leave the creative director stuff to the CREATIVE DIRECTER"

(The boys walk up to them and take a look at the pictures)

???-" This doesn't look like garbage. It looks like a very put together spread of inspiration"

???-" I agree"

(The rest of the band gradually begins to agree with the first member who spoke up)

Manager-" Whatever. You should think of how your group will be seen"

(The manager walks away from the situation. Most of the boys start to head back to the floor but one stays back)

Habiki-" I'm Habiki by the way. I really like your pictures"

(Ezekiel looks up at him from his seat)

Ezekiel-" Thanks"

(Habiki smiles then heads back to the floor before they begin to practice again. Then and there, Ezekiel made a friend with a soon to be idol)
