Skelengel; Tales Of The Boundless One [Not Updating]

When the universe creates a person, they are bestowed with certain traits that we, as mere humans, are aware of. Sportiness, the ability to work with computers, and creativity are all things we may obtain at creation. However, some of those talents extend far past the mortal realm of flesh and blood. They go all the way to your very soul, and these are the ones that we cannot see. These few are destined to become Boundless. And it just so happens that one was designated to die on the fateful day a new god took sight over the earth. This is the tale of Aaron Stone, the once businessman turned planetary traverser. Aided by himself and his potential, he plans to live out his life with peace of mind. However, the universe has it out for him, and it won't let him ever have true peace. However, someone from behind the shadows controls everything, and they have quite a distaste for Aaron Stone. They will try to make his life a living hell. Everything you read here is an account of something going on in the vast universe. Hell, who knows... It may even be YOU who takes his place in the future. A Talk

"It was you?" The villagers asked before breaking out in spontaneous laughter. They hadn't heard the likes of this in years. Hearing such a lie was akin to hearing that a nuke was being dropped on them. They didn't believe it in the slightest. "Oh, you crack us up, sir. Imagine you killing the feared Demon King! Not like that'd ever happen!" One of the younger male villagers exclaimed as Aaron just sighed. "Oh, to be a fool...such a blissful existence." He thought out loud, dragging the aggression of the villagers with it. "So, we're fools, huh? Say that to my face, posh prick!" The youngest male yelled at him. He looked to be no more than fourteen, so he hadn't fully developed.

"How cruel...to be forced to kill a person before they've matured. I shouldn't say this, but you are a fool for listening to those guys." Aaron responded, stoking the flames of the fire that was the villager's rage.

"If we are fools, what does that make you, huh?! A super-fool!?" The teenager yelled, causing Aaron to sigh once more. "Oh, to be young, full of passion. I don't have to make you believe my words about destroying that weak monster you called a 'Demon King', so I'll just show you why I can." Aaron responded, his eyes quickly flashing pink. His skeletal wings slowly began to reappear, and the laughter of the villagers started to die down and become looks of fear. They couldn't believe what they were seeing. A man with skeletal wings. How?

"You see, I did tell you that he was a weak monster, but I never told you how powerful I was in comparison." Aaron threatened them, his hand lighting up with a flare as a pink sphere emerged from his palm. It almost appeared to be...spinning? "You see this ball?" Aaron asked the four villagers standing there. "This ball has enough power to wipe out all four of you at once, and it wouldn't even need to expand. All I have to do is get it to spin!" Aaron yelled back at them as the ball began spinning faster than anything he had ever made spin before. The air around them started to curl in, visually, at least. Aaron was keeping everything around them stable with his Boundless Telekinesis. "Now, I want you to think about what you're seeing right now and remember these next few words."

"Don't ever abandon a child again. You're unfit guardians, so do not take in any more people. You treat them like shit, and this is the lesson you should have learned long ago. If I ever hear word of you mistreating your fellow villagers again, you had better believe I will personally arrive here, and I WILL make your death painful. Do you understand?" Aaron stated, his voice booming out over the wind that was being pulled in by Aaron. "Y-y-yes!" The four villagers yelled, all just slightly out of time with each other. "Good," Aaron responded, closing his fist, extinguishing the destructive ball of Telekinesis and stopping the pulling of air. "We have reached an agreement. Now you will think twice about abandoning someone you decided to protect." Aaron remarked before making his wings disappear. He picked up Clair and put her on his now wingless shoulders. "You're coming with me."

"Hey! You can't take her!" The oldest villager present yelled, and all Aaron would do was just look back at him in disgust. "What would YOU have done, huh? You left her to die out in the forest with the Demon King. The only reason I haven't killed you all is that I don't want to scar this child for the rest of her life." Aaron retorted before staring the man directly into his eyes. "Tell me, what would YOU have done with her around? Force her to do labour for no pay? All your dirty work? I'm not going to let you take advantage of a child you found in the woods. She couldn't help her situation, and you decided to take her in, only to abandon her when she became less thanked and more of a hassle to be around. You may not care about what I'm telling you, but that's why I will repeat my earlier threat. When my name becomes known worldwide, and one of your citizens reports that you are repeating your actions, I will come back. That time, however, I will not be merciful in my punishment. Do you understand?" Aaron yelled at them, forcing them to stand up straight out of fear. They could not say a word, so Aaron assumed that they understood.

Aaron began walking away, carrying Clair on his shoulders as one of the middle-aged villagers, who looked to be about forty-five, began whispering words to the others. "He's not going to follow through. He isn't bothered to try to do anything like that, the cocky prick." He whispered, dragging Aaron's attention. Aaron appeared behind him and simply put his fingers on his face, intentionally making his hands as cold as ice. "I'm not going to follow through, huh? If I have the determination to bother hearing you, I'd have the determination to kill you if I so desired." Aaron whispered into his ear. His voice sent shivers down the man's spine, causing him to almost faint on the spot. "This is what happens when you talk behind someone's back." Aaron ended his little talk with the villagers as he teleported away from the village, leaving a lasting impression upon the villagers.

Aaron appeared fifty metres away from the village, a devilish smile on his face. He had forgotten how fun it was to terrorise the people who took advantage of others. They never saw it coming. "Why did you scare them like that?" Clair asked, her eyes now crimson. "Well, Clair's alternate ego, it was because I used to be like them. Hell, I still am. I would take advantage of people for my own gain, but now I find pleasure in scaring those kinds of people."

"It's so much fun."

I swear at some point we're going to reach 69k views and I just want to say this before it happens...

Nice.
