"I need some subordinates, let's see what should I have I can see the magic formulas to summon many entities. Ah I've got it I'll summon a succubus. Every semi sane man has also wished they could do it so why can't I do it now. " with a giddy smile on my face I began making the circle. After a few minutes it was fully formed. From the information in my head I knew the more energy I put into it the more powerful the summon would be. Basically overloading the magic circle and only stopping the supply when it was on the edge of exploding I patiently waited for what ever succubus it would summon.

After a few minutes the glowing stopped and the entire city's power flickered on and for for 5 seconds. During this time a silhouette appeared. Casting mage light i illuminated my surrounding.

An impeccable beauty appeared before me, she is a woman with lustrous jet-black hair and the face of a goddess. She has golden irises and vertically split pupils; on her left and right temples are two thick horns protruding crookedly, and on her waist are a pair of black angel wings. wearing a pure white dress with silky gloves covering her slender hands and a golden spiderweb necklace that covers her shoulders and chest. She was without a doubt the most beautiful woman I'd ever scene.

Whsit she was looking at me I saw her let out a fait

Smile " are you the one that summoned me human" at this I instinctively snarled and felt disrespected. So I decided to unfurl my wings, momentarily her eyes widened in shock " so your a devil, a descendant of lord lucifer perhaps" looking at her I didn't know how to answer " I'm not sure" was the only answer I could give. " so little summoner are you going to tell me your name if you have one that is " once again letting out a seductive smile that would make any man weak. " I do my name is Sirzechs Gremory, what about your introductions"

Looking at me I noticed a hint of melancholy pass through her eyes. " how about my story little summoner? I'll tell it to you." Signalling to the sofa we both moved over and sat down next to each other. The room was simple, it had a king sized bed, an L shaped sofa and a glass coffee table i hadn't done much since it wasn't needed yet. The room was of corse clean.

" so where to begin, originally I was an angel, I wasn't a strong angel or one that even had a name, my purpose was to be a soldier of war. Live and die on the battlefield field, although angels had fallen in the past it was rare so I became a nameless fallen. Eventually I fell in love with someone but they didn't feel the same, I fell to the sin of lust and eventually became a succubus, well a succubus with fallen angel blood. That's the short of it guess"

Silence permeated for a few minutes as i digested the limited information. After a while I came up with an idea " how about I give you an name, and with the name a promise that I'll never force you away from me, we'll not a promise more a contract " yet again it was silent after a minute all I could hear was a soft "okay"

Standing up and walking over I stood in front of her looking at this gym of a woman " I'll give you the name Albedo Eisheth, and with that the contract is… " 'thud'

Few hours later.

opening my eyes I saw the face of the woman I'd just named. Looking at her I asked " what happened to me " with that she looked at me like a fool " didn't you know naming a devil takes energy you emptied your container, normally you'd be out for months even years. But you, a few hours. I think we'll have lots of fun together little lord" looking at her again I noticed she'd become more beautiful her proportions where slightly bigger in the ass and tits department whist her waste remained the same. Her legs longer and her hair even more lustrous then before even albedos eyes became more golden whist the horns slimmed down. I did however notice she grew a think black tail with a spear like tip at the end.

Raising my head of the goddesses lap I couldn't help but take a seconded glance. It was definitely a good decision to summon a succubus. As I stood up I began walking over to the bed although I wasn't tied physical I was mentally drained after everything that happened today. Looking at a clock it was around 2am. Turning back I looked at Albedo "I'm going to sleep, it's one of the only Good thing humans do care to join me " getting a happy 'yes' she quickly came over to me. At this I noticed that she was about 6 foot 4 inches whist I myself was only 5'10.

I couldn't help but whisper to myself " surely it will be fine I'm only 14 after all" and with that I had an uneventful night and slept peacefully.

A few hours later - 8am

Turns out devils don't need a lot of sleep and we are even hyper active during the night. However it's my second day in this fucked up universe and I need to start making money. Due to this being manbats feeding ground the land is reasonably priced as no one really wanted to clean it. In all honesty it was a good piece it was a few large streets that would allow me to build a small business empire in Gotham.

Sitting up from my bed I observed my surroundings and notice that my newly acquired subordinate was completely flat out. Their was something strangely refreshing looking at a beauty like this sleeping peacefully. However that could be moved on for later.

In short I had a few goals, make identification for both me and Albedo. Make money to buy the land here and make sure I can protect myself from people like darkside.

After Washing my face I moved over to sofa and started planning my next movies. For example what could I other people to entice them into a business. " wait I'm still thinking like a human, I should offer contracts, fix the ill or broken, give someone powers. That should be my hidden business since true justice league will kick my ass if they find out." After a few more minutes Albedo had finally awoken and I'd invented an entire new magic which would allow me to look at the internet through it.

Afterwards I came up with a semi plan. It turned out that people really didn't want this land and you could buy an small sized district for 40 million dollars. It could most likely house 500'000 people currently. Of course theirs be lots I need to do but renovations will be quick since devil magic is kinda broken.

" albedo, we are going to visit a man called Oswald cobblepot. He's got a lot of money so we are going to sell him minor regeneration, and minor super strength. Just enough to make it so the average person couldn't beat him." By this time Albedo was already prepared for the day. Fully dressed and cleaned. " it is hard isn't it making money in the human world, back in hell I'd just take what I want and people would let me. "

Stoping for a moment I couldn't help but think ' well I could manipulate their minds but it's no fun life should have some semblance of challenge.'

Moving up to the next floor of the building I decided that I need to make a temporary lab, after around 30 minutes of magic, fine Tuning and other things I was finished. A lab which could make anyone jealous.

Entering my slab I decided to start a small conversation with Albedo. " so dearie, other then the usual succubus things what can you do" stoping for a moment she went into contemplation. " well I have always been a more physical fighter, I have monstrous strength, endurance and stamina. Magical wise my capacity is average same with talent. " hmm thinking for a moment I decided to see if I could give her some bonuses through my perfect alchemy knowledge.

After 3 hours I was finally able to create a hyper regeneration. As long as both your head and heart aren't destroyed simultaneously you shouldn't die. Looking at the potions I passed one other to my new companion and told her to drink it. She looked at my like a fool but I don't blame her. Seeing a red liquid with golden flakes sprinkled around could be a little of putting especially how to moves and contorts. But hey what can you go. Opening the vile I clicked mine with her and prefixed to drink it in one go.

After a moment it felt like my body was ripped apart and then remained. Using scanning magic to see if anything was wrong I discovered that everything was indeed perfect. That meant the potions worked and I could start moving on with my next plan.

Lifting up an extra two viles i turned back to Albedo to see she'd finished drinking what I gave her " well darling it's time to visit a mister cobblepot"
