A new wave was slowly brewing in the city of Tarnish.

Manuel Lomba was scrutinizing the report that was before him. Then he looked towards his subordinates that were before him, there was a little anger in his face.

"So what you are saying is that a rebel in the supreme warrior realm visited my city , made all this ruckus and left without anyone even noticing…. And what were you idiots doing all this time, sleeping… and you didn't know this was an establishment of the snake gang..."

Subordinates that were before him included the enforcer chief and  the higher officials of the city administration.

They all bowed their heads with an ashen face .
