"How bothersome." Cebrail sighs in annoyance alerting the crossbow user on the roof.
In shock the short cloaked person spun around with their crossbow raised but it was too late as Cebrail pushed them with her foot sending them off the edge of the building where they tumbled down falling onto the man below hard.
Elmenhilde Karnstein's eyes widened with shock seeing the two men knocked out instantly by the impact, she didn't even take advantage of the fact that the Vampire Hunter woman was also in a state of shock.
Cebrail jumping down from the building into the alleyway lands softly on top of the two men gaining a grunt from them as they groaned in pain.
"This is Rance." Cebrail stated still on top of the men's bodies and presented her lovely whip which doubled as a fishing rod.
"Wah-?" The woman began in confusion only for Cebrail to shoot out with her famously named whip grabbing her by the leg and with a single simple flick of her wrist the woman was slammed into the wall like a ragdoll.
"Ugh!" The woman cried out in pain but did not pass out from the damage. "Who, Who are you?"
The woman growled out the question to Cebrail but the Seraphim Princess paid her no mind at all instead choosing to move towards Elmenhilde who stared at the white haired girl with wide eyes.
She couldn't tell before since she was blinded by Cebrail's beauty and the mystery of what was under her jacket, but now that she was looking closely though it wasn't that large and was being completely overpowered by the girl's Magic Power it was unmistakable that she had Light Power.
This of course meant that she was an Angel.
Elmenhilde didn't exactly know how to feel. Angels didn't normally intervene with Vampires so calling them an enemy would be wrong however they were in fact a HUGE threat given their Light Power was super effective against Vampires, and even the symbol of the crucifix was capable of keeping them somewhat at bay.
As Cebrail stepped towards her with an unchanging expression Elmenhilde stepped back instinctively however the pain from her wounds and blood loss were beginning to catch up with her and she staggered slightly with her vision becoming blurred.
Cebrail frowned a bit. It seems she had inadvertently weakened this Vampire earlier. Her Sacred Gear can only manipulate properties that are already there such as sharpness or defense so when she healed Elmenhilde she had basically forced the Vampire's body to work at a more accelerated rate than normal. This would be fine normally however in truth it could waste quite a bit of energy before a fight if Cebrail is careless when doing it.
Of course Cebrail wouldn't blame herself. If she had known that the Vampire was going to fight soon she wouldn't have been so careless with the healing.
Cebrail stopped in front of Elmenhilde who was now doubled over.
"I don't care what you are, if you're protecting that Vampire, you're an enemy of Humanity!!!!!" The yell of the woman Cebrail had just finished tossing into a wall came from behind her along with a set of quick footsteps.
The woman had her sword in hand and was preparing to strike down Cebrail along with Elmenhilde.
Elmenhilde wanted to help Cebrail since the girl had seemingly saved her but when she went to stand up she fell into a kneel.
"You shouldn't move around so much. It just increases blood loss." Cebrail says not caring at all about the sword that was coming down towards her head.
Elmenhilde tried to say something but was stopped as Cebrail flicked her wrist once again sending the woman into a wall.
"..."
(Just for safe measure…) Cebrail thinks before flicking her wrist ten more times sending the woman here and there each slam against the tough stone walls resounding through the alleyway and each time the woman's limp body made an impact cracks would appear on the stone.
When Cebrail stopped the woman's body fell to the ground without so much as a twitch after. She was alive indeed however something or several things were probably broken in her body.
"As a wise man once said, 'always double tap the bodies.' though I think he was a villain." Cebrail then whips the two men on the ground creating large gashes on their bodies.
Finally now thinking that her job was done she nodded to herself with clear satisfaction and turned towards Elmenhilde.
"..." She stared at Elmenhilde as though she were expecting something confusing the Vampire greatly.
"..." The two stared at one another until it finally hit her. "Thank you."
"I don't do it for the thanks, however it is indeed much appreciated." Cebrail nodded finally breaking her stare. "I don't think I should heal you here so, lets go to my secret base."
"Huh?"
"Well it's a secret base so I can't show you the way. Either you knock yourself out or I do it for you." Cebrail walked up to her so that she was close enough to reach the Vampire.
"What?"
"Well I guess it would be hard to knock yourself out." Cebrail says in a slightly understanding tone before hitting Elmenhilde on the back of the neck knocking her out instantly.

It wasn't very long before Elmenhilde woke up once again and when she did she found that she felt very relaxed and refreshed.
Looking around she realized she was on a large bed so pushing herself up she felt her body but found no wounds and in fact her outfit had been changed to a flowing white nightgown. Going along with her pale skin being mistaken for a ghost over a Vampire was indeed a possibility.
(Who? Wait, did that girl change my outfit!?!) Elmenhilde was a bit weirded out that the girl knew her size since her underwear had been changed as well, but at the same time it was just the slightest bit arousing. Completely unconscious she definitely could have done ANYTHING she wanted to Elmenhilde as the Vampire wouldn't have noticed even after she woke up.
She was blushing just thinking about it and cupped her cheeks with her hands, a perverted grin made its way on her face as well.
(If it's a cute girl like her I don't think I'd mind at all~) Elmenhilde thought however she was knocked out of these delusional fantasies as she heard the sound of clicking coming from nearby.
Curious, Elmenhilde crawled along the bed until she reached the bottom edge where she found the beautiful white haired Angel she had just been fantasizing about.
Cebrail was sitting on the floor with a computer screen in front of her playing some kind of game. She was using her bare feet to manipulate the mouse and use her keyboard with precise skill, but it was clearly an effort to be lazy as she used her hands to eat chip after chip from her bag.
She looked incredibly bored so much so that she even pulled out her phone and began playing a game on that too pulling gacha after gacha.
"Tsukune Aono? Gross, I really didn't like that guy in his show. F tier harem protagonist." Cebrail mumbled after seeing the character she pulled.
"Umm hello?" Elmenhilde called out to Cebrail, gaining her attention and making her take off her headphones.
"You're finally up."
"Yeah… where am I?" Elmenhilde asked straight away.
"If I told you that there would be no point in having knocked you out." Cebrail responds still clicking away at the computer with her feet.
(Can she see that?) Elmenhilde wondered noticing that she was still capable of killing the mob enemies and gathering her loot despite not facing it directly.
"So we're at your secret hideout?" Elmenhilde questions remembering the last things the girl said to her.
"Indeed." Cebrail responds simply turning her yellow eyes back to her phone. "Makoto Itou, who???" Cebrail mumbled not knowing this character but knowing their rationality stat and luck stat were complete trash, it was a character that definitely wouldn't be getting any good girls.
"Are you the one who changed my clothes?" Elmenhilde questioned her mouth salivating a little bit.
"Obviously."
"How did you know my sizes? Also how did you have clothes in my size?"
"Is that really so important?"
"Yes!" For Elmenhilde it wasn't important for any rational reasons, she really just wanted to know the details of how Cebrail had gotten her sizes. Perhaps feeling her up in her unconscious state? Or maybe it was destiny?
"Let's just say that you aren't the first stranger to stay in this room after I knocked them out." Cebrail responds suspiciously.
"So you help people like this often?"
"I believe the girl who was last here would call it kidnapping, but yes… something like that."
"...What…?"
"Why are you looking at me like that? I don't kidnap little girls for fun, you know. It just so happens that kidnapping people is much easier than talking to them." Cebrail seeing Elmenhilde's stare defended herself promptly.
"You don't need to defend yourself. Vampires kidnap children all the time to raise them as food."
"..." Now Cebrail was looking at Elmenhilde a bit strangely.
"Vampires gotta eat too, you know?" Elmenhilde defends herself in a similar manner to Cebrail.
"I gave you animal blood early and you look just fine."
"Well, animal blood is like vegetables to us Vampires, even if we can drink it we can't just live off of it by itself."
(She force fed me in my sleep~?) Elmenhilde thought just barely holding back a sigh.
"Vegetarians?"
"Look it's a bad comparison but it's the closest I can make."
"Well it's not as though I really care." Cebrail ends the conversation on the topic there as long as she wasn't running around killing people and draining their blood dry she didn't particularly care. "You can stay here until the Vampire Hunters lose your trail, though I would suggest against trying to find your way to town. So no drinking Human blood."
"Why are you helping me…?" Elmenhilde asked in a somewhat small voice filled with confusion regaining Cebrail's attention as the Seraphim Princess seemed to ponder the question.
"I'm on the path of the hedonist. I wish to enjoy this life as best as I can… while I feel like I'm failing, I also don't feel like giving up." Cebrail pauses her normally cold eyes becoming so much warmer that Elmenhilde blushed not with perversion but embarrassment. From her point of a view it was like Cebrail was looking at something incredibly precious.
"I did it because it's what I wanted to do. Even if in the end it's bothersome."
