"Dominic, what could he possibly mean?" Zen inquired, seeking clarification.

"I am uncertain, Zen," Dominic replied, his expression reflecting his confusion.

Suddenly, Dominic caught sight of an army of menacing creatures charging towards them.

"This is dire, my friends. An army of monsters is rapidly approaching. What course of action should we take?" Dominic urgently questioned.

"Let us return to inform the general of the situation," Berry suggested, shouldering Zen and leading the way.

The team successfully descended to the lower grounds, while Danhan and his black blood hounds ascended to the top of a tree, observing the approaching army of monsters.

"There is something amiss about this onslaught from the underworld gateway, but I cannot quite discern it," Danhan pondered, deep in thought.

Dominic and the team promptly relayed the news of the impending monster army to Cristabel and the general. The general was taken aback by the revelation and swiftly ordered the village's casters to amplify the power of the protective barrier before initiating a retreat.

"Very well, men. The casters have bolstered the barrier to its maximum capacity. It is imperative that everyone retreats within its confines," the general commanded solemnly.

After successfully retreating back into the village, the monsters relentlessly attacked the barrier with their weapons in an attempt to breach it.

However, the heroes managed to fend them off and ensure the safety of the villagers. Upon returning to the village, the general inquired about the team's injuries, prompting Berry to reveal the shocking truth about a humanoid monster who had orchestrated the attack and summoned even stronger monsters.

The general was taken aback by this revelation and expressed his concern over the safety of the village.

In the grand hall of the church, the bishop's gaze fixated upon the unfolding events transpiring on the outskirts of Junaid, where the army clashed with the menacing creatures.

"It appears that the moment has arrived to beseech him for his assistance," the bishop solemnly declared, settling himself upon his seat.

With a profound sense of purpose, the bishop then transcended into his ethereal form, traversing the boundless expanse of the celestial voids.

He then realized some odd about max and begins to approach max in having a friendly conversation

Max Willam's smile fades, replaced by a cold, calculating expression. His eyes narrow as he leans in closer to Gray.

"You think you know me, Gray? You think you understand my motives?" Max's voice is low and menacing, sending shivers down Gray's spine.

"I have transcended the realm of deities, Gray. I have become something far more powerful, far more sinister. And with this newfound strength, I have the means to reshape this world to my liking."

Gray's heart races, his fear palpable. He tries to maintain his composure, but the weight of Max's words hangs heavy in the air.

Gray's mind races, trying to comprehend the magnitude of Max's ambitions. He knows he must tread carefully, for one wrong move could seal his fate.

"But what about the innocent?" Gray manages to stammer, his voice trembling. "What about those who will suffer under your reign?"

Max's lips curl into a sinister smile, his eyes gleaming with malevolence.

"Innocence is a fleeting concept, Gray. It is merely a facade that masks the true nature of humanity. Those who suffer will do so because they deserve it. They will pay for their sins, just as the royal family will pay for their betrayal."

Gray's blood runs cold as he realizes the depth of Max's darkness. He knows he must find a way to stop him, to protect the innocent from this malevolent force that now stands before him.

But as Max continues to speak, his words laced with venom and malice, Gray can't help but wonder if he has already fallen into the clutches of something far more sinister than he could have ever imagined.

"Things would have descended into even greater chaos if it weren't for the girl. There would have been more lives lost the moment he emerged from the gateway," Gray confessed, his forehead glistening with sweat.

The elf king, queen, princess, and elders of control emerged and approached Gray, who remained seated.

"Master Gray! Are you alright? Where is the human?" the elf king asked, his tone filled with concern.

"He is gone, but do not concern yourselves with that for now. As long as you refrain from taking any drastic actions against the elf girl who testified on his behalf, I advise against approaching her if you wish to maintain a peaceful kingdom," Gray warned.

"We will heed your words, Master Gray," the elf queen assured.

"For the time being, I implore you to refrain from jumping to conclusions until concrete evidence is uncovered regarding any accusations," Gray declared, rising to his feet.
