The King Verses The Monsters Of The Underworld

SEASON 3 CHAPTER FOUR

Max reappears into the forest, walking around, a familiar inner voice called out to him

The inner voice spoke to Max Willam, saying, "My son, it has been some time."

Max Willam responded respectfully, "Old man, is there something you require?"

The inner voice replied, "I have come to ask for a favor."

Max Willam inquired, "What is it that you need?"

"There is a battle raging on the edge of one of my kingdoms. I would like your assistance in defeating the enemy," the inner voice requested.

Max Willam considered the request and replied, "Very well. Where is the location of the battle?"

The inner voice provided the location, and Max Willam set out towards it. As he arrived, he saw an army of monsters attempting to break down a barrier protecting a small village.

Three large bulls stood in front of the barrier, ready to charge. Max Willam commanded, "Step aside."

"General, we have a serious problem," reported one of the soldiers from the Junaid army.

"What is it?" asked the general.

"The monsters are attempting to break down the barrier, and some of them are huge. What should we do?" replied the soldier.

The general slammed his hands on the table in frustration. "Why must this happen now?"

Moments later, the general received a message from Dominic that an unknown person sent by the church would arrive to help them with the monsters.

"It seems that the church or the bishop is sending us aid," thought the general.

Max Willam arrived at the designated location, and Danhan was surprised to see his disciple in such a place.

"So, this is the place the old man told me about. It seems that these monsters are not as weak as they appear," said Max Willam, standing at the top of the hill.

"I know the old man said I should kill them, but let me see if I can recruit them," Max Willam said as he descended below.

The monsters continued to strike down the barrier until they heard a voice calling out to them from behind. Max Willam walked towards them.

"Good day, gentlemen. It seems you are quite busy," said Max Willam.

"Human! Kill him!" shouted one of the monsters, running towards Max with a few others following.

Max Willam smiled sinisterly and snapped his fingers, causing huge flames to burn the monsters from the ground below them.

The rest of the monsters stepped aside after seeing how Max destroyed the group of monsters trying to kill him. The three huge bulls stepped forward in front of Max.

"Human, you are foolish to be here in front of us. Don't think you can kill us like those weaklings you just killed," said one of the huge bulls.

"Is that so? Then let's test it out and see the results," replied Max Willam.

Max Willam stood tall, emanating an intense aura that commanded attention. The presence he exuded was comparable to that of the mighty bulls.

"It seems that you all have underestimated us," Max declared, his tone serious. "Let the festivities commence."

The massive bulls unleashed powerful punches upon Max, causing a thick cloud of smoke to envelop the area.

"Hmm, it appears that this human was all talk and no action," one of the bulls sneered.

Max Willam, his eyes gleaming within the mist, responded calmly, "Do not be so quick to judge. I merely gave you the opportunity to showcase your best. Unfortunately, it seems that your efforts were not as impressive as anticipated."

"One of the bulls exclaimed in disbelief, "Impossible! How did you survive our onslaught?"

"Now, it is my turn to reveal my true strength," Max declared, leaping high to meet the bulls eye to eye.

"Prepare for a sleep you won't awaken from," Max proclaimed, delivering a devastating kick to the bulls' faces, sending them hurtling into the opposite forest.

Danhan, observing the battle from atop a tall tree with his black blood hounds, chuckled in amazement. "I can't believe what I'm witnessing. It seems I no longer need to mentor the kid. He has truly grasped control of the situation."

Minutes later, Danhan released his auto-healing spell from the monsters and departed with his team in search of new powers to attain.

Max landed gracefully on the ground and began walking towards the fallen bulls, who struggled to regain their footing.

The general, his men, and the heroes team watched in awe as Max once again confronted the bulls, a sinister smile playing on his lips.

"Do not tell me that a simple kick of mine is enough to defeat you so easily," Max taunted.

"We will not be vanquished by the likes of you humans," one of the bulls retorted, breathing flames directly at Max Willam.

"No, no, that would not suffice," said Max Willam, his voice filled with a sense of urgency and concern, as he recounted his experience amidst the flames.

"How is it even possible for a human to survive such a ordeal?" questioned one of the immensely powerful bulls, their tone reflecting disbelief and astonishment.

With a snap of his fingers, Max ignited the flames once again, transforming them into towering infernos. The sight of this unleashed nightmare left the three bulls on the ground paralyzed with fear.

"Now, I present you with a choice: serve me or meet your demise at my hands," declared Max Willam, his voice commanding and unwavering.

"We, the underworld, would never stoop so low as to serve a mere human like you," retorted one of the bulls defiantly.

"Too bad!" exclaimed Max Willam, his voice dripping with disappointment, as he commanded the tiger flames to consume the three bulls.

Undeterred by their demise, Max Willam infused his energy into the ashes of the fallen bulls, giving rise to a new and formidable being. This creature possessed a humanoid form, radiating an aura of immense power.

The deafening screams of the bulls echoed through the battlefield, causing the other monsters to attempt an escape. However, Max swiftly intercepted their retreat, appearing before them in an instant.

"Where do you think you are all going?" questioned Max Willam, his presence imposing and commanding.

"Human, we beg for your mercy. We promise to never return," pleaded the monsters, their voices filled with desperation.

Max Willam chuckled, a sound that carried a hint of amusement and superiority.

"Do you find it amusing? You were so confident in your victory, relying on your bosses' power. But now that they lie dead, you beg for mercy. Know this, when you engage in a battle, you must see it through till the end," stated Max Willam, a smile playing on his lips.

"Death's Bulls, join me," commanded Max Willam, as the humanoid bulls emerged from the shadows, ready to enter the battlefield.

"Master, we are at your service!" exclaimed the three humanoid bulls, their loyalty unwavering.

"Let no one escape from here," commanded Max Willam as he walked away.

"Understood, master," replied the three humanoid bulls in a serious tone.

The monsters contemplated killing Max while his back was turned, but they were swiftly defeated by the unseen punches of the humanoid bulls.

Minutes later, Max heard the inner voice speak to him once again.

"It seems you have completed my request," said the inner voice.

"Yes, and now that it's done, I owe you nothing," replied Max firmly.

"I am grateful for your assistance. Perhaps we will meet face to face one day," said the inner voice.

"If that is your wish," responded Max.

"Master, we have completed your orders," reported the three humanoid bulls.

Max surveyed the dead bodies of the monsters and knew it would be a waste to let them rot. As they were not creatures from this realm but from the underworld, he infused his energy into them, creating another army of humanoid monsters. With this new manpower, he was ready to continue his quest.
