An unpleasant gurgle erupted from my stomach. I put my palm over the silk material covering my stomach and lightly pressed it. It was time eat food. My stomach could not wait any longer.
I stepped out of my room and walked over to the staircase. A delicious aroma entered my nostrils as I stepped further into the living room.
I followed the smell and walked towards the end of the passageway under the stairs. I took a right from there and passed a closed room at the left begorey entering into the kitchen where Jordan was standing, his back facing me, and stirring something in the pan over the stove.
I kept walking further inside until I was standing by the kitchen island which was three times longer in length than the one I had at my apartment.
The stove next to which Jordan was standing was facing a wall of big glass windows through which the night sky was visible.
I inhaled deeply and the tasty smell from the food entered my nose.
