Ruby was wandering around a city she had found after a week of searching on floor fifty-eight, she was glad to find civilization as she was running out of supplies and needed to replenish her supply, After that she would leave immediately to go leveling.

The sand worms in this floor were very dangerous as they borrow themselves back into the sand after attacking making them harder to kill, she didn't count how many times she had to rebuild her camp because a sand worm destroyed it. Yeah not fun at all, as she walked on the road she suddenly stopped when she heard a familiar monotonous voice in her head.

[Dungeon Administrator, Lucifer, had concluded that the current status screen is too confusing for it's inhabitants and it's beta tester. Update to the system will commence at 12 midnight]

Ruby heard as she let out a quiet 'Huh' to the notification, an update? Now? She looked around the street and saw everyone stand still while looking at the dungeon sky of floor fifty eight in confusion, it seems that she wasn't the only one who heard the announcement. A few seconds later the people shook themselves back and the noise that was previously present on the streets returned.

She heard a voice once again but this time it was a voice that she had heard a lot more than the previously monotous one, she looked at her glowing pendant as her eyes widened in surprise, "Guwa you're awake?! I thought you said you will be asleep for six months?" It's only been four months since she said that she would be asleep so she was surprised by her early awakening.

[Blame that on the system announcement also good morning Ruby, what did I miss?]

She told Guwa to wait for a minute and looked around for the nearest inn, a few minutes of searching she found a decent inn in the middle of the city and rented a room that lasts for two days. once inside the room she held the pendant out and poured her mana inside it.

A flash of light and then a black haired beauty appeared in the middle of the room, Ruby smiled and hugged the beauty with all her might. Not like it can hurt her anyways, "I'm glad to see you again Guwa" Guwa smiled and kissed the silver eyed girl on her forehead and hugged her in return. Ruby blushed but didn't let go of her hug until she felt like she had enough.

They sat down on the bed as Ruby began to retell her adventures as Guwa listened closely with an occasional hum and 'ooh', a few hours later it was now midnight and the promised update was completed. Ruby looked at her status and was confused by what she is seeing.

She also noticed the current floor text just below her age, she guessed that the letters mean the average stregth of the inhabitants of this floor.

As Ruby was busy looking at her status, in the middle of the desert three individuals appeared in a flash of white light, two of the individuals were cloaked and the last individual was a elf. The elf then looked at the cloaked people specifically the shorter one and said, "Alright this is the fifty eighth floor, since we're here I expect my pay to be put into my account"

The short cloaked person nodded, "Thank you again miss Annie, rest assured your pay will be in your account by this week." Annie smiled and left in a flash of white leaving the two by themselves, the taller cloaked person looked at the shorter, "Blake let's set up a camp and rest, we will need the energy for tomorrow"

Blake nodded in agreement and grabbed the foldable tents from their backpack and assembled it, Soon they drift into unconsciousness.
