The new and old encounters

The next few chapters may feel a little rushed but I'm going to speed through the boring stuff

later that day Rias was told that there was a stray devil near by and Issei was to come as an observer

They arrived at an abandoned house on the outskirts of town.

While they walked inside Issei hearing about how the the evil pieces work and who has what piece.

"So what am I and what can I do?" asked Issei who already knew the answer but didn't want raise any suspicions

"A pawn and they can change ti any other piece on the board in enemy territory" Rias answered Isseis questions

The stray devil appeared and the froup dealt with it pretty easily

Afterwards Issei had to help the overloaded Koneko with her summoning pacts.

Since his pact was near by he decided to walk

He arrived at the front door and noticed it was open and was hit with a smell of blood.

"I see" said Issei who pulled out his sacred gear followed by a [boost]

He walked into the living room to see dead body in a puddle of blood and standing above it was a man in a pastor outfit.

"You just walked into the wrong house my friend, freed sellzen here at your service" said the man "and you must be the devil I'm about to exorcise"

"So you're the one who killed him?" questioned Issei even though he knew the answer

"He was a sinner who summoned a devil"

When Issei heard [boost] he dodged to the side making the bullet miss his body

"Oh you dodge, impressive" said Freed as he charged forward swinging his sword downward.

Issei used his palm and parried it with the flat side of the sword.

'If I messed that timing up I would've been fucked'

After deflecting the sword the distance was closed so Issei used his other hand and gave Freed an uppercut to the jaw that sent him flying back a few meters.

"Argh you bastard, I'll make you suffer yo-" screamed Freed who was interrupted

"Aaaaaahhh whats happening here. Is he.. is he dead?" yelled Asia at the scene she just witnessed as she walked through the door.

"Shut up you dumb bitch" Freed yelled at Asia as he pulled out his gun, pointed it and fired at her.

Issei who close saw what was about to happen to grabbed her and dived. This action was able to keep Asia safe but not Issei who had been hit in the right shoulder.

"Ah shit" grunted Issei who quickly used his left arm and threw the chair next where he landed at Freed. It hit him directly causing Freed to drop his gun.

"Asia stay back" said Issei which was followed by a [boost]

"What are you doing here Issei" replied Asia

Fred's interrupted by saying "Asia you know this devil"

"Huh? No way you're a devil?" Said ASI as she turned to look at Issei.

"Yeah I am, so what? Yo priest you done already" Said Issei as he felt the energy in his body gather in his left arm

"Huh!? No way not against scum like you" said Freed who was now standing was now charging at Issei

Issei also began charging at Freed thought 'I need more power' as more energy was gathering in his arm as he got closer to his opponent.

"More" said Issei as he felt his gauntlet change shape again and the energy in his hand take physical form.

"What the?" Is all freed could say as he saw red energy form on his opponent's fist.

[dragon shot] rang out of Issei's sacred gear and the ball of energy flew and hit Freed. He was sent flying through the walls of the house.

Issei after beating freed fell to his knees grabbing his shoulder.

"Issei why?" Said Asia and she looked at Issei

"Devil or not we're still friends right?" Issei said with smirk as he turned his head to look at her.

Asia just proceeded what she heard and smiled

Suddenly a Magic circle appeared and out came Rias's Peerage

"It looks like a mess in here what happened" Asked Kiba

"A stray priest tried to kill me but I caught him off" said Issei until he noticed another circle appearing

"Not good fallen angels are arriving, let's get out of here quick garb Issei" said Rias as she sensed their energy signature.

"What about Asia" asked Issei

"The magic circle can only take members of my clan so sorry we've got leave her behind" said Rias

"I see" replied Issei 'well she's going to fine anyway'

"Well then I'll see you around Asia" said the injured Issei who was being helped by Kiba as the group disappeared.

The next morning Issei was doing his everyday day jog when he encountered Asia again

"Hey Asia, it's good to see you're fine" said Issei

"Huh? Oh yeah I am and what happened last night was crazy right?" Said Asia

"Hey do you want to hang out since you're free" said Issei noticing that Asia was feeling off and knowing the reason why.

"Yeah sure" Asia replied happily

They hung out went with Asia for the next few hours taking her around to eat food and play games which then ended with them sitting in a park.

'She should be appearing anytime soon' thought Issei

"I had fun today, it's the most fun I've had in my entire life" said Asia

"Yeah I guess it was" replied Issei with smile.

They continued to talk until Issei felt the presence of a fallen angel.

"Well we'll what do we have here" said the fallen angel

"Raynare!?" Shouted Asia

"We meet again, Raynare isn't it?" Said Issei

"Well if it isn't my ex boyfriend. It's nice to see that you're still alive too bad it's as a devil" said Raynare "but my business is with the girl today not you so let her come with me or I'll just kill you"

'I'll let her take Asia and when all the enemies gathered in one place I'll beat them all at once' Issei thought

"Wait don't kill him I'll go so just leave him out of this" shouted Asia as she ran over to Raynare

"Asia…" said issei feeling a little guilty

"How very cooperative of you. Very well let's go and to you Issei let's hope we meet again" said Raynare as she vanished with Asia

Issei pulled out his phone and called Rias

"Asia was taken by fallen angels to the abandoned church and I'm going to rescue her" said Issei

"What?! Don't, you'll die. That's enemy territory you won't be able to win alone" replied Rias

"Whether you send back up or not is up to you but I'm going"

"Wait a sec-" Rias was cut off as Issei hung up

"Well I should get going, I wouldn't want to keep them waiting" said Issei as he left in the direction of the church
