Genshin Impact + Warframe in MHA A RPG video game addict dies pathetically and is reincarnated by a god in MHA for views. (If only the author can do the same...) He ends up with 3 "playable" characters and a basic system. Unfortunately, his first character is a girl?! -------------------------------------------------- Author here! Happy New Year~ Gender Bend warning for those who don't like that. Story will be slow paced. This fanfic is purely for entertainment purposes. Cover photo is not mine. Chapter 9: Time Skip

(Time Skip: 4 years)

*Third Person POV*

*BZZT*

In a dark, damp, smelly sewer, a buzzing noise echoed throughout its passages.

"He he he…"

The faint noise of someone's laughter was mixed in with the buzzing noise. At first, it sounded like the giggling of a little child.

But as one got closer to the source of the noise, the child-like innocent laughter sounded more… corrupted?

"Ehehehehe… Taste the power of max level Electromaster!"

*Crackle BOOM*

"Bwahahahaha!"

The source of the disturbing noise was none other than the "crazy blonde", Kirari Kaminari, whose nickname was given by a certain spiky haired boy. After four years, she had finally achieved max level 30 for her skill, Electromaster.

===

Electromaster (Max): Can generate, shape, manipulate, and convert electricity. Can apply electricity to yourself or anything within a specified range.

-Power: 120,000V = 30,000V + (30,000*300%)

-Range: 120 meters = 30m + (30*300%)

-Cost: 120,000V / 1 energy per second

Mods:

-Power (10/10): Increased max output by 300%

-Range (10/10): Increased max range by 300%

-Efficiency (0/10): Decreased energy cost by 0%.

-Special (10): Electro control is over 9000! (by Kirari)

===

She was slightly conflicted about this because it maxed out before her character, Fischl, did. She understood why though since the only way to get exp for Fischl was to kill stuff, while Electromaster only needed to be used and practiced with to level up.

She decided to go on a grinding spree in the sewers to level up and test out her power.

She found the entrance to the sewers a few years ago in the park when she was chasing a random rat that crawled out of nowhere. It led her to the sewer entrance where she found hundreds of rats squeaking around.

After becoming unsatisfied with the miniscule exp gains from killing bugs and finding out that killing rats gave more, she decided to start hunting these disease-carrying small critters hiding underground to grind.

At first, she had a hard time killing them due to the small amount of light, the horrid smell, and the quick and sneaky rats. Every time they spotted light, they would immediately scamper away.

She did some research and although quirks break the laws of physics, that doesn't mean that they don't exist. Using her memories of fictional characters from her past life along with the help of her parents, she developed a technique she called 'Electroreception'.

It works by sending out a small negligible pulse of electricity within the range of her skill. She can detect living beings' bioelectricity as well as sense her surroundings, similar to echolocation. Basically, it was a nerfed version of observation haki from that pirate anime.

From cockroaches to rats, once she sensed them using electroreception, she would attack without hesitation.

Her attack was simple. She would point at them with her index finger and then release a small stream of electricity, just enough to instantly kill the unfortunate being that entered her range. Too much power would just be a waste of energy.

She calls this move 'Thundershock'.

Before, Kirari was not able to emit electricity out of her body. She could only apply electro to things she was in contact with. During this time, Skana was the main tool she used for grinding.

But after reaching level 10 for Electromaster, she was able to use the Special mod. It greatly increased her control over electricity and even allowed her to shoot the electricity out, away from her body.

When she figured this out, she immediately tried shooting a small shock at Denki.

Although Denki occasionally electrocuted himself with Kirari's birthday gift, he wasn't too serious about training with it since it was so heavy...

He short-circuited almost instantly when he got hit by the thundershock and entered his "idiot mode" with his thumbs up. Kirari found it hilarious.

Since then, Kirari constantly teased Denki with thundershock, which annoyed him greatly.

When he told their parents, she just gave the reason "It's for his quirk training to become a hero" and dropped the subject. In reality, she was trying to level up Electromaster and for some reason hitting Denki gave a decent amount of experience points.

Denki got more into training and increasing his resistance to electrocution because he didn't want to look like an idiot, especially in front of his Honoka-nee.

It reached the point where the max output of Kirari's gift no longer affected him so Kirari suggested to be the one to shock him, much to Denki's dismay.

As a result, Denki was able to train his quirk and increase the output he can dish out before short-circuiting and Kirari gained sweet, delicious experience points.

It became a routine cycle where Kirari shocks Denki, Denki's tolerance increases, Denki becomes immune to Kirari's shocks, Electromaster levels up and affects Denki again. Rinse, repeat, and with the inclusion of Kirari's daily grinding, Electromaster reached level 30.

Kirari's control over her skill had increased over the years. So much that even electricity she herself did not generate can be manipulated by her.

One time, Denki tried to take revenge by shocking her, but unfortunately, he couldn't control the electricity that he shot out resulting in an indiscriminate wide-range electric attack.

Kirari was afraid that the attack might damage the electronic devices around them. It would have caused trouble for their parents, and one of the rules she set for herself in order to become the best daughter in the world was to NEVER cause problems for her parents.

So, she immediately tried to control Denki's outburst. Unfortunately, his output was far higher than hers and she did not have enough energy to disperse all the voltage.

With no other choice, she decided to attract all the electricity she couldn't disperse by letting herself act as a lightning rod using the wires she got for her birthday.

When the electricity hit her, she was almost knocked unconscious. The electric resistance she got from Electromaster helped, but the pain was still there. Her health dropped and continued to drop as the electricity passed through her.

However, as she controlled the electricity to redirect through the wires into the ground, she was surprised to find that her energy remained topped up and regenerate faster than normal.

In fact, when she tried to manipulate the electricity to course through her body, her energy started to overcharge and surpass her maximum energy capacity! She named this move of restoring energy using another source of electricity and overcharging as 'Electro-charge'.

This move made her decide not to put any points on the Efficiency mod since she can easily restore energy using a battery like a restore potion.

With her new move, she was able to stop Denki's attack and fully restore her energy at the same time.

Denki short-circuited afterwards.

When their parents learned about what happened, thanks to Kirari telling them like a good daughter, they were ecstatic to find how well the quirks of their two children matched each other.

'As expected of our children.' They thought.

Back to the present, Kirari was skipping through the sewer passage while singing a song.

"Yura-yura, yura-yura kimi no kokorooooo~ oh oh~"

She pretended her fingers were drumsticks, occasionally pointing and using thundershock, killing things and vaporizing them with the rhythm of the song.

A little before lunch time, when Kirari was doing her last bit of grinding and planning to head back home, her system notified her of a level up.

"Yes! Finally, a level up!"

It had been a while since Fischl's last level up. With each one, the amount of exp needed to reach the next level increased by a shit ton.

She was happy she had reached her current level by only killing little things so far because unlike Electromaster, which she can train whenever and wherever, she could only kill and grind while away from prying eyes. Using quirks in public without a license is prohibited by law after all.

She was also busy spending time with family and trying to become best daughter so her time for grinding Fischl's level was limited.

After exiting the sewers, Kirari immediately opened her level up system to check her stats.

Chapter End

A/N: Unfortunately, my Dao of Cliffhanger was not affected by the time skip… But it did reach level 4~ Bwahahaha!

I hate it when a significant time skip occurs and the main character barely powers up. *Looks at Naruto…*

So as a true gaming addict, of course Kirari will max out her skill within 4 years. Fischl will be at a decent level so don't worry. I also want to point out that Kirari is hunting in a part of the sewers that don't have combustible gas.

For now, at least…

P.S.: Song is Naimononedari by KANA-BOON. Watch The First Take version with Necry Talkie on yotuube for best experience.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
