Lu Bu then took a deep breath and shouted in Lie Fan's direction telling Lie Fan to not help him, and asking that he take care of his family, and said that he was talking not as a lord to a lord but as a man to a man, a father to a father, and a husband to a husband all while taking the oncoming attack from Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei with a heavy body and depleting energy that can stop his ferocity anytime soon.

Lie Fan who rides on his horse Pangu and stands at the front of his army flanked by Taishi Ci, Ji Ling, and his bodyguards with his advisors, heard Lu Bu's loud voice that echoed throughout the battlefield.

Lie Fan was stunned for a second and then smiled as he could feel the determination that was in Lu Bu's voice, as a lord, a warrior, a father, and a husband it resonated deeply with him, and Lie Fan expected that the Lu Bu in his timeline will be more upright.

It's not that he blamed Diao Chan for being too beautiful and Lu Bu's personality, but in the original timeline Lu Bu's personality worsened after falling into the honey trap by Wang Yun and Diao Chan and went downhill from there enjoying the beauty in his hand and only listened to her word.

Together with their advisors, Cao Cao and Liu Bei went to the front of their Army and saw the 3 on 1 duel between Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei with Lu Bu on the battlefield.

Lu Bu was poisoned by them, and the piston that they chose was a deadly one and could kill Lu Bu if he wanted to be treated immediately, but even treatment couldn't completely cure him but only slow down the poison.

There's no cure for the poison they choose because they had created this poison combined with the most poisonous animals and insects alongside some of the most poisonous drugs and plants.

They just combined and mixed all of this poison and tested it on death row inmates and after a couple of tests, they concluded that the stronger the people who received the poison the slower the poison reacted.

They don't know why it works like that, but they know that the weaker the person the poison works very fast, and the weakest seat row inmate they had died a couple of minutes after receiving the poison.

After the initial surprise, the three of them immediately their facial expression and projected confused faces, and fortunately for them Ju Shou and Liu Bei were so focused on Lu Bu's condition that they didn't realize the changes that had just happened on their faces.

On the battlefield, after Lu Bu said those words using the last bit of spirit left inside of him Lu Bu let out a loud roar and charged toward Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei raising his halberd high above the sky.

Like a heaven tribulation coming down to earth, Lu Bu's halberd touched Xu Chu's rod hammer which created a loud sound and Xu Chu gritted his test and received the blow where it was so heavy that it cracked the land below him.

Seeing this happening, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei used their respective weapons the Crescent blade and Serpent blade to support Xu Chu receiving Lu Bu's attack by putting their weapons behind Xu Chu's rod hammer.

Lu Bu whose attack was resisted by Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei's combined prowess was angered and raised his halberd once again, and when he tried to insert his power once again he suddenly threw up some black blood.

Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei who saw this immediately took this opportunity to attack Lu Bu, Xu Chu targeted his torso, Guan Yu targeted his back, and Zhang Fei targeted his arm.

Lu Bu staggered under the weight of pain coursing through his body, his formidable frame now vulnerable. With a determined grit, he attempted to deflect the onslaught. Xu Chu's powerful blow was skillfully evaded, and Guan Yu's strike met the resistance of Lu Bu's desperate defense.

However, the relentless Zhang Fei, seizing the moment, thrust his weapon towards Lu Bu's exposed arm. The halberd sliced through the air, finding its mark. A pained roar escaped Lu Bu's lips as he grappled with the searing agony.

Summoning every ounce of strength, Lu Bu fought through the pain and the encroaching poison, determined to turn the tide of the duel. With a swift motion, he harnessed the momentum of his halberd in the air, directing it towards Zhang Fei's torso.

Zhang Fei, realizing the impending danger, hastily attempted to deflect the attack, but the speed and precision of Lu Bu's strike were overwhelming.

The razor-sharp edge of the halberd grazed Zhang Fei's torso, creating a chilling sound as it scraped against the armor. Zhang Fei, though fortunate that his armor absorbed the brunt of the blow, winced as the force reverberated through his body.

Seizing the opportunity presented by Lu Bu's momentary distraction, Xu Chu and Guan Yu launched a coordinated assault. Xu Chu's brutal strike targeted Lu Bu's exposed back, while Guan Yu, with unyielding precision, aimed for the warlord's vulnerable torso.

In a cruel twist of fate, Lu Bu, caught in the crossfire, felt the impact of both attacks. Guan Yu's blade cut through his armor, causing blood to seep from the wound on his torso. Simultaneously, Xu Chu's powerful blow struck Lu Bu's back, intensifying the pain that already ravaged his body.

With a guttural groan, Lu Bu staggered under the combined assault, his formidable strength momentarily eclipsed by the relentless strikes. Blood dripped from his lips as he grappled with the agony.

Lu Bu, weakened and desperate, summoned the last vestiges of his energy to retaliate. His halberd arced towards Guan Yu, who stood closest, aiming for a swift and decisive strike. However, before the blow could land, the trio of Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei closed in with uncanny coordination.

Their weapons pierced through Lu Bu's already battered torso and stomach, halting his intended counterattack. The warlord's halberd dropped from his grasp as he grunted in pain, his body sagging under the collective force of their strikes. The once-mighty warrior now stood vulnerable, surrounded by adversaries who had skillfully exploited every opening in his defenses.

The battlefield fell silent for a moment, save for the heavy breaths and the distant clangor of war. Lu Bu, bloodied and weakened, struggled to maintain his footing as the triumphant trio loomed over him, their victory seemingly assured.

Gasping for breath, Lu Bu felt the life force draining from his battered body. With heavy breaths, he looked up to the vast expanse of the sky, where ethereal visages of his wife and daughter appeared, smiling down upon him. Tears welled in his eyes as the realization set in that their comforting presence would soon be lost to him.

Summoning the last shreds of his strength, Lu Bu uttered a heartfelt plea. he shouted Lie Fan's name, his words carried through the battlefield telling Lie Fan to protect his family as the air seemed to hold the weight of his solemn request.

As if responding to the urgency in Lu Bu's voice, Lie Fan, looked on intently toward Lu Bu. Lu Bu feeling Ie Fan's gaze, with sincerity etched on Lu Bu's face, promising to Lie Fan that if he do so, Lu Bu will remember this favor in the realms beyond and he will safeguard Lie Fan from the trials of the underworld.

With that, Lu Bu's gaze turned serene, a mix of gratitude and acceptance, as he prepared for the journey beyond the mortal realm. Xu Chu, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei take out their weapon from Lu Bu's body.

This causes Lu Bu to throw up another blood, feeling his leg weakening and wanting to fall down, Lu Bu uses his halberd to help him stand up waiting for Lie Fan's answer.

At this time Lie Fan admires Lu Bu's tenacity, touched by the care he has for his family, shouts at Lu Bu that he accepts his request and that he can rest easy while knowing that he protects his family, Lu Bu who receives Lie Fan answer smiled toward the sky and finally closed his eyes, ending the chapter of a legendary warrior who's name could cause the soldier to flee in fear and horses to cower before his might steed.
