Grounded.

With pole toppling done, a short battle tournament was played, which ended with a single match between Tsuyu and Shoji and two surrenders, one by Toru and the other by Shoji, both to me.

The final rankings stood with me as the first place winner, Shoji at second place, and Tsuyu at third place.

As the runner up, Toru got plenty of attention too, despite her invisibility.

And thus ended the sports festival, with canon deviating ever more, under my not-so-gentle guiding hand.

I walked into the changing room, at last and prepared to take a shower before leaving for home with my parents.

As I took off my shirt, I felt a familar presence behind me.

A smile spread on my face as I turned around to face her.

"What are you doing here Himi-"

Before I could finish Himiko was pushing me into the wall, running her hands over my chest, locked in a passionate kiss.

As we parted, I looked at her lust ridden face and caressed her cheeks.

"What are you doing here Himiko? In fact, how did you even get in here?" I asked, even as she pulled off my pants.

"Seeing you like that, fighting on the stage, giving it your all, I just couldn't stop myself!" She said between panting breaths, taking off her skirt.

"Not here." I said, "In the showers. And keep your voice down. I can't afford to get caught."

"Uhuh!" Himiko intoned, completely ignoring my warning as she dragged me into the showers.

Somehow, I was able to turn on the shower before she ravished me.

A whole hour and a couple close shaves later, Himiko left as quietly as she came.

As I exited the stadium, my parents were waiting there for me, my mother fuming and my father looking mildly annoyed.

"What took you so long?" My mother asked.

"I am still hurting from the injuries momma. It's easy to pull a muscle of tear up a suture while taking a shower with injuries like mine. So, just to be safe, I did it slowly and carefully." I lied.

"Uh huh?" My mother pushed, unconvinced.

"C'mon momma, I just won the sports festival! At least congratulate me? Aren't you happy for your son?" I asked.

Her expression softened.

"Of course I'm happy, Haru! But, it's just that I worry for you, for your health. Like when you challenged those students to a brawl today. What was the need to do that? Why wouldnyou go so far as to hurt yourself to prove a point? Is your pride that important?

As it is, you don't tell us much. Even when you get injured, we learn about it from someone else. When you do something good, the police has to tell us about it. What sort of boy doesn't tell their parents about saving Tokyo huh? I had to hear from Detective Tsukauchi about it!" She said.

"You met Detective Tsukauchi?" I asked.

I had a bad feeling about this.

"Yes. In the stadium, after you left for the opening ceremony, he came up to us and told us about all the things you did in Tokyo! And we'd be proud parents if you'd told us, but you didn't! How much are you hiding from us Haru? How long do we have to worry if you'll do something reckless without our knowledge? Until we find your body in a ditch somewhere?" She sobbed.

"Haru." My father said in a stern tone, "We're your parents and we want the best for you. But you have to start telling us about what you're doing outside. Do you know how much it hurts us to know less about you than a random police detective? I know you don't like to talk, but some things should not be kept secret!"

"Yes papa." I said.

"No! I want you to promise me. Promise me that you'll tell us about anything important that you do." He insisted.

"Yes papa." I repeated.

"And look I'm proud of you. I really am. Couldn't find a dad prouder than me in the whole damn country. And so is mom. But you gotta play ball with us here, okay?" He said, caressing my head.

I nodded in agreement.

"Now, who's up for some celebratory WcRonald's?" He asked.

I smiled. It was good to have a family after all.

With that we left the stadium, and headed back home, with a treat in between.

Of course, before leaving for the day, I took a pinprick of blood from every hero and student in the stadium. Even some civilians.

How did I carry out a blob of blood the size of a bean bag?

The secret to that is that I didn't! Every sliver of blood was instantly rushed to the clouds above the stadium and individually moved away in spider web size threads of blood under cloud cover. Once I was far enough away, and close enough to Yokohama, I sent the blood over after giving Himiko a call to expect a shipment for Haruto.

Now, with the past two infusion of blood, Haruto was already strong enough to survive a fight against AFO. But of course, that's not enough. I don't just want him to survive against AFO, I want him to be stronger than AFO.

And for that, I'd need Muscular's blood samples alongside Twice, Overhaul and the barrier monk of the Shie Hasseikai. Not to mention Eri's quirk too.

Soon, my plans would come to fruition.

But until then, I was grounded. The perks of having parents!

Of course that wasn't going to stop me.

But that is a story for another time.
