Chapter 10; Su Wei Wei, come out...
It was already eight into the night, and being a Sunday, he wanted to retire soon to bed.
"Are you suspecting Mo Zi Jia?" His gaze turned sharp as he turned his head around to face him, Mo Zi Jia and him, had been close and related since childhood, even Huo Qi had been with them while growing up and knew her character... So he wondered why was he doubting her knowing her character.
"Have I mentioned her name? I just told you where one of the drugs creating the poison came from, all right since you have got a solution... I will immediately stop the investigation so that I can use that extra idle manpower where we have some shortage..." And that was it, all the clues pointed towards the Mo family, he didn't mind if it was Mo Zi Jia or someone else, but it came from the Mo family.
"Aaah! I didn't mean it like that, I was just......"
"It's okay, I have something I need to work on urgently, get some rest... Everything has already been prepared..." Huo Qi didn't want to talk about that topic to a blind person who could see something was wrong somewhere but still turned a blind eye to it.
Maybe he didn't want to face the reality, and knowing the outcome maybe it was what he didn't expect, it was better to stop the investigation earlier instead of wasting time on it.
Huo Shen eyed him for a second before gazing outside into the streets, it's been a long time, and they just got back from the States.. but he didn't expect so many surprises!
After a few minutes drive, the car arrived at the Hilton Hotel went directly to the VIP parking lot, and parked the car.
They alighted and walked into the reception of the hotel, they were received and taken over to their rooms and everything was brand new and sparkling white. They received dinner in the presidential suite room.
Huo Qi was in a terrible mood and didn't say much, but rather, he hurried up eating and went over to his hotel room to rest. They had shadow guards all over and he knew Huo Shen's security was guaranteed. There was nothing to worry about.
Huo Shen slightly frowned, he had never thought the Mo family could plot against him as they were family-related, but what if there was a possibility?

The following morning, Su Wei Wei woke up at 5 a.m. and began doing some pressure-ups inside the cell on the empty floor.
She could only do these simple exercises to strengthen her muscles while waiting to be released.

He didn't have a good night at all, from midnight until morning, his entire body was aching all over from the skin over to the bones, it felt like his body was being gnashed by hungry ants.
He has been sitting on the bed for all those hours without a leap of sleep, if Su Wei Wei didn't do anything to him, he would have suffered the entire night without closing his eyes.
His entire body had goosebumps all over and had turned pale, heavy dark circles around his eyes were visible as his eyes were bloodshot.
He gently rubbed them but how would he ignore this pain that was numbing his body little by little? He felt like he would soon be paralyzed.
After sitting long enough, he got off the bed and went over to the bathroom to take a shower, Huo Qi was ready so he walked over to his master's Presidential suite, he had the password and got inside with the essentials.
"Master..." He called him walking over to the bedroom, it was empty but could hear water splashing in the bathroom.
"Huo Shen... I have placed the items here on the sink and the other ones are on the bed, I will be in my room..." He mumbled gazing at the closed bathroom door before walking out back to his room.

"Have your breakfast, Su Wei Wei, you have a court hearing today this morning, so hurry up..." The warden served them breakfast and Su Wei Wei signaled them that it was okay to eat now, they couldn't manage to poison them all the time as there were different waiters and wardens changing shifts, even with the cooks.
"Okay..." Su Wei Wei happily munched on her food, she would be free soon and then she could do anything, but first, revenge for herself and the innocent baby she had lost.
"Su Wei Wei, I hope they have found evidence to set you free..." Her inmates were happy for her, even though she beat them up, she was merciful and forgave them, if not, she was capable of killing.
"Hehehe, I will come back for you all, but you need to reform first... And behave, this society is complicated..." She roughly mumbled eying them. They weren't bad people and they needed a second chance.
"Su Wei Wei, come out...." The warden walked over to her cell, Wei Wei hopped off from the bed leaving the plate behind, and walked over to the iron bars stretching her hands out.
