The Assault of Justice

Among the Infinity Stones, the Soul Stone, the most mysterious of them all, held extraordinary energy. Attacking one's soul was like child's play when dealing with it.

Batman became Thanos' first target after he obtained the Soul Stone, making him relive the nightmare of the past.

If it weren't for Doctor Strange's quick thinking, using energy whips to give him a good thrashing and helping Bruce Wayne break free from the siege, Batman might not have escaped those haunting memories so easily.

Strange immediately alerted the others, saying, "Don't worry; I'll suppress him with magic."

As he spoke, Doctor Strange unleashed a powerful spell called the Images Of Ikonn, In the blink of an eye, multiple Doctor Stranges were surrounding Thanos.

These Doctor Stranges soared into the air, surrounding Thanos from all directions. Then, in perfect coordination, they unleashed countless golden whips that bound Thanos tightly.

Meanwhile, Wonder Woman swung her Lasso of Truth towards Thanos' left hand, which was wearing the Infinity Gauntlet.

Scarlet Witch took advantage of the situation, using her telekinetic powers to add another layer of control to Thanos. With this combination attack, Thanos was rendered completely immobilized. Not only did they have long-range control with energy whips and the Lasso of Truth, but they also had close-quarters suppression.

Captain Marvel, Superman, and the now-recovered Bruce Wayne all jumped in as well. They went for neck holds, and wrist locks, and Carol even activated her Binary Mode, delivering a relentless flurry of punches to Thanos' face.

The superheroes didn't hold back at all. As soon as they met, they began their relentless assault. Thanos' alien army was nothing more than a bunch of minions, and after a series of defeats, his forces had dwindled significantly.

Now, it was easy to deal with him with just Peter Quill, Superman, Batman, Iron Man, and a few others.

Thanos was impressively tough, with his naturally resilient physique, coupled with the Power Stone, which granted him incredible defence. Despite taking a beating from Captain Marvel, he only ended up with some bruises and minor scratches.

"Enough!"

He roared angrily, and his Gauntlet began to emit purple, red, and orange light in rapid succession. The power of the three Infinity Stones burst forth.

He first broke free from Doctor Strange's energy whips, then reached out and yanked Wonder Woman towards him using the Lasso of Truth. Next, he swung his arm to free himself from Captain Marvel. At the same time, he threw Captain Marvel at Wonder Woman, who was flying towards him.

Both female superheroes excelled in physical prowess, with one being a demigod and the other possessing a body of steel. With the added power of the Infinity Stones, their collision left them both feeling dizzy.

"You ignorant fools!"

Thanos raised his hand to block Batman's attack and then delivered a powerful punch, sending Bruce Wayne flying.

Finally, only Superman remained, still holding on. However, when the purple light on the Infinity Gauntlet lit up again, the two exchanged blows. In the end, Superman couldn't withstand Thanos and was also sent flying.

But as he was in mid-air, he changed his position. His eyes emitted high-energy lasers, but Thanos simply raised his left hand and clenched his fist.

The Reality Stone shimmered, and the laser beams from Superman's eyes turned into two soft strips of cloth, falling to the ground. Not only that, but Thanos also sent a purple shockwave towards him!

Superman couldn't dodge in time. He gritted his teeth, ready to withstand the shockwave with his steel body.

At that critical moment, Steve Rogers arrived just in time, raising his shield to protect him.

Boom!

A deafening explosion rang out, and the purple shockwave erupted violently, creating a strange purple fire. Captain America, holding the magic shield, managed to withstand the damage.

The magical shield was nearly indestructible, but it was still no match for the power of the Infinity Stones. In almost an instant, Captain America's shield shattered into pieces, covered and consumed by purple flames.

Steve Rogers himself was thrown high into the air by the shockwave and landed heavily on the ground.

"Steve!"

Clark was also affected by the shockwave but wasn't seriously injured. He stumbled but quickly got up to check on Captain America's condition.

At this point, Captain America's clothes were torn, and he lay on the ground, unable to get up for a while. Coughing, he said, "I'm fine, don't worry about me. Go help the others!"

After breaking free from the superheroes' encirclement, Thanos immediately focused on Vision.

While Batman and the others were somewhat injured by now, they had to take Thanos seriously. However, they hadn't expected him to be even more formidable than they had imagined.

Their plan was to first remove the Infinity Gauntlet from Thanos, thinking that might make the fight easier. But their strategy encountered a hurdle right from the start. Thanos had experienced countless battles and had far more combat experience than anyone present.

He was fully armed and empowered by the Infinity Stones. Even though they had rehearsed their plan in advance and watched videos of Thanos' battles repeatedly, they were still at a disadvantage.

Vision was still busy dealing with the alien minions, and suddenly Thanos descended right in front of him. Startled, Vision could only hastily throw a punch, but Thanos directly grabbed his fist.

"The Infinity Stones grant you precious life," Thanos said, delivering a fierce headbutt that nearly broke Vision. "And I will bestow upon you a sacred purpose!"

"Die Thanos!"

Thor swung his Stormbreaker, charging at Thanos with immense fury and the power of thunder. Thanos narrowed his eyes in response and had no choice but to release Vision temporarily. He evaded Thor's attack.

The surrounding alien minions didn't fare well. Thor's hammer struck down with thunder and lightning, creating shockwaves and leaving a large crater in the ground.

Thanos evaded this attack but didn't anticipate that someone would use lightning to launch a sneak attack.
