By evening Jason couldn't stop thinking about what Edith had early said about Deb.

He has been telling himself that she wasn't saying the truth. There is no way Deb would do a thing like that. But then again he couldn't help but wonder if it was true. What if they find out that Deb truly did what Edith is accusing her of? What would he do?

It seems like everyone around him has been lying to him all this while. First, he finds out that his father whom he used to look up to isn't who he thought he was. Now, this?

He checked his time, it was already past 7 pm, he had promised Layla he would give her a call, but instead of doing that he decided to go to her house instead. He needs to see her. He needs her presence to calm him.
