Stadium building

With all the income coming into the country, the dictator could afford one of the most elegant and high class casinos. But the dictator obviously didn't like any of that ideas cause it could ended up with him losing money. So the next best thing was to built a stadium that could host a concert up to one million people, just like the North Korea stadium.

To build a stadium, first of all, the dictator needs to destroy the whole neighborhood like usual. Hundreds of houses were being forced to be destroyed and people livelihood were being forced to be move somewhere else for the dictator own little fantasies. While those houses were being destroyed, the dictator laughs while saying sorry implying that he doesn't even had any feelings of regret or sympathy towards those people.

Moreover, the dictator decided to built a bridge from the entrance of the country directly towards the stadium and not surprise destroying more houses. While the dictator was eager to demolish a few houses, he doesn't had the courage to destroy one of the country livelihood, casinos. So the dictator ends up building the streets around the casinos connecting to the entrance of the country.

After building the streets connecting to the stadium, the dictator started building the stadium, draining the whole country money. Even if the country had no money, the dictator was saying that it would be one of the best investment the country had next to the oil rig.

The next important things that the dictator needed to built was the department of transport so that the tourist could come into the country and enjoys all the entertainment the country has to offer. However, the country currently was broke, so the dictator just made the people pays for his mistakes by raising taxes and taking out loans or debt. While the dictator takes out a massive loans, the people around the country were starving to death.

The casinos in the country were losing so much money that the dictator needed to act by shutting down some casinos to solve the major financial issues of the country. Another reason was to cut off the people who were about to win the jackpot. Once the casinos were being shutdown, the country started earning money again albeit not that much to cover the debt.
