Zain stood up holding Maria's hand he led her to a table and make her sit on a chair, while just stood there looking at them, they just ignored her as if she wasn't even present there, and Maria didn't even ask her to come with them, Anna closed her eyes in annoyance, a and let out a deep breath,

Anna turned back looking at Zain and Maria who were sitting there at a table, whole Maria was laughing, she rolled her eyes before going to them

Taking a seat beside Maria Anna just hear them talking

"You can call me Zain"

Maria asked with her cheerful voice as if she met her old friend, whereas replied her while squashing her cheeks, as Maria let out a cute giggle before speaking

"Really, you know I call Anna, Anna and I call Noora, Noora and I call Sherry, sherry! And now I will call you Zain hehe"

Zain smiled ear to ear while listening to the little girl talking in her cute accent,

"You know Sherry?"

"Yes, me, Anna, Noora and sherry went to a park once, that's where I met him, he's so funny"

Maria again started speaking while giggling as Zain just Nodded before turning his Eyes to Anna who was also smiling looking at Maria

Daniel Spoke, but before Anna could reply Maria being a talkative child spoke out of nowhere, Making Daniel's eyes wide

"I'm not her daughter!"

Daniel was taken aback, what is that little girl is even saying, why did she say that! he gazes at Anna who was sitting there calmly, isn't she angry about what her daughter just said

"Um- yes! she's not my real daughter, I adopted her"

Anna didn't think of telling everyone this, but Maria uttered everything

Without realizing Daniel holds Zain's hand but came back to his senses, after realizing, Zain is not his friend but his boss,

Zain pressed his lips together, as he controlled his laugh at Daniel's dumb behavior before nodding a yes, and telling him that he knew everything already,

Daniel also nodded back before glaring at Anna with his questionable eyes saying, *Why didn't you tell me before? How come Zain knows everything before him? what was going on?"

Whereas Anna just flashed her poker face to him, with her eyes saying, shut up!

They both were talking with their eyes when Zain stepped in the middle as he cleared his throat getting their attention.

"Aaa.. so, sorry I didn't know this, but anyway, Maria is the cutest kid here!"

Clearing the awkwardness Daniel spoke and ending his words with a chuckle, while Maria giggled hearing the compliment as she thanked him

"Thank you"

"Well, I came here to tell you guys that we are going to cut the cake so everyone to the other side, Let's go!"

Daniel spoke again getting up as Everyone on the table also got up ready to go but before Zain could take a step further, Anna spoke getting his and Daniel's attention

"Zai-- Sir!.....Your phone!"

Looking back Zain looked down at her hand, as she was holding his phone which he was about to forget on the table, Zain looks back up taking his phone from her hand as he nodded before speaking.

"Call me Zain! we are not in the office!"

Anna just nodded while Daniel stood there with his frowned eyebrows, his face sulked looking at them

*WHAT! call me Zain? we are not in office?!, And what about me? when I called him sir he didn't say the same!

Is there something going on between them? Anna... NO. Anna is not like that she's heartless, so?! Does our boss like her?

"Will you come?!"

Daniel stood there deep in his thoughts that he didn't realize that Zain and Anna were already ahead of him until Anna Called him

Daniel was sure about one thing Anna would not be the one liking her boss, as much as he knows Anna she is a cold heartless girl, who doesn't even have so much common with girls, her dressing style, was different from every girl in his office, where every girl wear dresses and high heels and was the one wearing suits with some flat shoes, she uses the sports bike, she doesn't talk a lot, not even a bit, she was unique in everyone maybe that was the reason Zain was getting more and more attracted towards her

Daniel was now sure about one thing, that his boss, Zain Jung was liking his friend Anna
