Chapter 13

Vukan opened the fridge and shivered for a second as the cold air hit his skin. His roamed through the shelves and found lavish meals, desserts and vegetables. If it were any other day he would grab anything from the fridge and gobbled up. But things have changed. He can't trust the food from Lee. The way she drugged him before taught him a very good lesson of not trusting her anymore.

He shut door and startled seeing Lee standing a few inches away from him with a sweet smile playing on her lips.

"Good morning, my handsome husband. I have cooked something delicious and stored it in the fridge. Come let's eat."

Vukan frowned. "Did you see me eating anything from your hands? Why are you asking me now?"

"I know, but we must start from somewhere right? Don't worry I will not poison you." She laughed.
