"You have to leave Havana today." Zica's voice rang out and Axel narrowed his eyes at her but said nothing. He already suspected that something was going on with her the moment she entered the room.
"Why?" Axel questioned.
"Because she is not safe here anymore." Zica said. She directed her gaze to Alita for a moment before she shifted her eyes back to Axel.
"I'm not supposed to be doing this as I'm the number one person who wants her to transform. But right now, I have no other choice. Word is fast spreading that she is here and the search for the mantagner is on already. Once it's found, the witches –"
"What's mantagner?" Asher asked, cutting Zica off as he had not heard anything like that before. It seemed there was more to this than they had knowledge of.
